With its own private entrance, you’ll have complete privacy, ideal for a solo traveler or couple seeking a comfortable stay in a peaceful setting.

Note this listing is for one of the two underground private units each with its own entrance.

The space features a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or accommodating guests. Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials. The suite includes a full bathroom with contemporary fixtures for your convenience. You'll have access to a shared laundry area with the other unit, equipped with a washer and dryer. Additionally, one parking spot is provided for your convenience.

The entrance to our basement suite is accessed through a dedicated entrance door. This leads you to your private bachelor suite, which has its own separate entrance door, ensuring complete privacy from the other unit in the basement.

The only shared space is the common laundry area, equipped with a washer and dryer, located in the hallway between the two units. This layout ensures you have a comfortable and exclusive space while maintaining convenient access to laundry facilities.
