Nearby shopping, groceries, restaurants, casinos, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens & walking distance to the Empire Polo Club (hosts of COACHELLA & STAGECOACH festivals). Short distance to anywhere in the Greater Palm Springs area that offers distinct history, luxurious resorts, championship golf, mountain/canyon hiking & lots of sunshine!

POOL HEATING

**Please note that, if authorized to use, the pool heater and spa must be completely turned OFF by checkout. If the pool heater and/or jacuzzi is left on after checkout, $75/night left on will be deducted from deposit.

PROPANE TANKS
>We try to keep our propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.
CAMERAS
>In place for safety and liability reasons. $200 fine if tampered with
>Locations: Ring doorbell at front door, ring spotlight in front of house
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
Children and/or those with disabilities should be monitored by a responsible supervising adult or parent AT ALL TIMES.
Please be respectful to our neighbors and neighborhood. No loud music or disturbing noises after 9pm. No “late night partying.”
Parking: Our home can accommodate MAX 3 overnight vehicles and may park in the garage and/or driveway. Our community does not allow overnight street parking. You may park on the street during the day but all vehicles must be moved off of the street during the evenings to avoid being ticketed and/or towed. You will also be required to provide info regarding all vehicles prior to check-in in order to receive community car passes for each vehicle and/or obtain gate access for your stay.
*IPCC Hotel offers nightly parking passes. Feel free to inquire with the hotel front desk as an option for additional car parking. This is offered by the hotel, not by us as renters, and is meant only as a suggestion for additional parking needs. Ultimately, proper community parking is solely our guests responsibility.
