Ce chalet de prestige de style scandinave, niché au cœur des Cantons de l’Est,
est l’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis. Une attention
particulière a été portée au design et au choix des matériaux pour vous offrir une

Le Pur Nature Owl’s Head trois chambres confortables s’ouvrant sur une salle de
séjour baignée de lumière. Vous y trouverez également deux salles de bains
complètes pour le confort de tous. À l’extérieur, profitez des rayons du soleil sur
l’immense terrasse à deux niveaux, ou détendez-vous dans le bain à remous
thérapeutique (spa) pour une expérience thermale en pleine forêt.

Lors de votre séjour, laissez-vous bercer par la tranquillité de la nature tout en
restant à proximité de nombreux attraits récréatifs comme le domaine skiable du
Mont Owl’s Head et son club de golf, une petite plage et un accès au lac
Memphrémagog et une multitude d’options pour les amateurs de plein air. Ce
chalet offre de tout pour tous les goûts!

Que ce soit pour célébrer un événement spécial ou pour s’offrir un weekend de
détente, le chalet Pur Nature est l’endroit idéal pour décrocher en toutes saisons.

L`hiver un véhicule 4 roues motrices est suggéré.
Internet limité : vitesse 25MB- 3go par jour ( des frais peuvent être chargé en cas de dépassement). Nous vous recommandons de télécharger séries et films d`avance.
Foyer au gaz disponible d`octobre à mai.

Pour recevoir la procédure d’accès, le règlement du chalet devra être signé et le dépôt de garantie préautorisé avant votre arrivée.
Pour les réservations effectuées moins de 10 jours avant le séjour, une vérification d’identité simplifiée sera demandée.

Un véhicule 4 roues motrices est recommandé pour l’accès au chalet selon les conditions météorologiques.

*Conditions of stay*

-The main tenant must be present during the entire stay and is responsible for all other occupants as well as any damages.

-Self check-in from 5:00 p.m. and check-out no later than 11:00 a.m.

-The maximum capacity of the chalet (7) must be respected at all times.

-The chalet is intended exclusively for vacation purposes.

-Parking spaces must be respected (no camping, RVs, or tents allowed).


*Not permitted*

-Parties, gatherings, or loud music.

-Pets.

-Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the chalet.

-Firecrackers, fireworks, or unauthorized outdoor fires.


*Respect for neighbors and environment*

-Noise must be kept low between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

-Outdoor fires are only allowed in designated areas and must never be left unattended.

-Guests must check for fire bans in effect on the Sopfeu website before lighting any outdoor fire.


*Hot Tub, BBQ and equipment*

-Follow all Hot Tub use guidelines (hygiene, safety, maximum capacity).

-Clean the BBQ after use, close the gas valve, and replace the cover once cooled.

-Use all bedding, towels, furniture, and equipment with care.


*Before departure*

-Place all used towels, dishcloths, and washcloths in the washing machine.

-Wash dishes and run the dishwasher.

-Empty the refrigerator and trash.

-Return furniture to its original place.

-Close all doors and windows.

*Natural Conditions and Access*

-The chalet is located in a natural environment; weather conditions may affect road conditions and access to the chalet, especially during winter.

-In the event of a power outage, the water supply (artesian well) may be interrupted, as well as other essential services.

-As the chalet is located in a natural setting, the occasional presence of insects or small wildlife is possible despite regular inspections.

-Service providers may access the outdoor grounds when required (maintenance, snow removal, spa). No access to the interior will occur without your consent, except in case of emergency.

-As these situations are beyond our control, no refund, compensation, or reimbursement will be provided.

Any breach of these rules may result in additional fees and/or immediate eviction without refund. Signing the complete regulations, sent in our communications, is mandatory to receive the access codes.
