Perfect location with access to a lovely quiet private beach. It was also very convenient for sightseeing in Portsmouth and up the coast. We really enjoyed our stay in the area!

This was our second stay at this location, which speaks volumes about our experience. I hope to secure the same weekend next year. The host is very responsible and easy to communicate with. The location is the best in the area! Petey's is right across the street, offering fantastic seafood and delicious ice cream. A little farther down the street is Rays, which also serves great seafood. It’s close to Rye Harbor, where you can book a whale-watching tour or a trip to Star Island. If you go a bit further, you'll reach Hampton Beach. And to top it all off, it's less than a one-minute walk to Wallis Beach!

Terrific stay by the ocean

It was easy to communicate and check in. This place is a very short walk to seafood and the beach, close to Pirate’s Cove and Odiorne Point State Park and more. The unit was clean and had all I needed for a short stay. It was quiet except for the road at times. Thanks!
