Private lake front vacation rental home, located on Beautiful Norris Lake in Deerfield Resort. This vacation area offers the ultimate in boating, water-skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking in a private beautiful gated community.

Near Knoxville, Gatlinburg, and Big South Fork National Recreational Area in the Smoky Mountains and Cumberland Plateau, you can drive or fly into the private airstrip.

The lake front cove with a private dock makes it a safe and relaxing place to spend time on the water. Easy access into Deerfield Resort. Boat ramp, Springs Boat Dock and Golf Course within five minutes of vacation home. Sorry, pets are not allowed, and please no smoking.

Deerfield Resort at Norris Lake is an exclusive and secluded area nestled between the Cumberland Mountains and the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, with an 18 hole golf course, (two) restaurants, private airstrip, and accommodations to make your Norris Lake vacation spectacular. It is approximately 35 miles south of the Kentucky/Tennessee border off I-75, exit 134 (11 miles from La Follette and 30 miles North of Knoxville.)

Norris Lake has it all! The lakes beautiful blue-green waters span more than 800 miles of shoreline covering 34,000 acres. Norris Lake boundaries extend up the Clinch and the Powell Rivers which feed Norris with clear, pristine lake waters. It's an ideal environment for sportsmen and a vacation alike.

Our three generation family enjoyed another vacation at this wonderful house. It has all the features that make it ideal for us: Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, bunk room for the kids. Shaded dock with a slide. Large kitchen with seating for all. Two standard size dishwashers help the cleanup. Large refrigerator and pantry in kitchen.

Beautiful house with everything our large extended family needed. Big pantry was useful for all our food/supplies. Family loved the dock that has shade and a slide. We all enjoyed clean Norris Lake for swimming and tubing on the rented pontoon.

Beautiful house & property!

This house has all the amenities & then some! Grandkids loved the bunk room with separate shower facilities. The dock has a wonderful shaded seating area, for those who were not going down the slide, jumping out the gate, or playing on the aqua pad. The kitchen made meal time a pleasure. We loved that all 16 could be seated together!

Family Fun at the Lake

Great setting for our large family gathering. Members of all ages enjoyed our stay. The bunk bed room was a big hit with the kids. Bedrooms with their own bathroom a big hit for the adults. Dock was such a fun place. So nice to have two large tables for meal time together. Great to have a large refrigerator and two dishwashers in kitchen. The big pantry was so helpful to store food and supplies. Great time!

The perfect home for multi-family vacations

They thought of everything and spared no expense! With an amazing set-up and location, this home was exceptionally well designed with multiple master bedrooms with great views, high-end appliances and finishes, and includes everything you need to accommodate your large group. We loved the user friendly kitchen, large indoor and outdoor dining tables, dock with upper deck, slide and Lilly Pad and the close location to the live music at the Tiki Hut. FFV at Norris Lake

This property had everything that we were looking for! Large number of bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. The large bunk room in the lower level which slept 14 was perfect for all of our grandchildren and they loved it! No steps down to the dock! Our children and grandchildren had a ball playing on the water mat and jumping from the top of the dock and sliding down the slide! It was a great place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!

Amazing lake trip with family and friends!

The house has everything you need! The lake is just steps away and not a steep walk like several other lake homes. The layout of the home allowed everyone to have their own space. The children ages ranged from 11 to 4 (6 of them) and they loved the finished basement/entertainment area! We totally enjoyed our cups of coffee sitting on the deck soaking in the view. Cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen. Lots of pots, pans and dishes to choose from. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful House

This was by far the nicest house we have stayed at when coming to Norris. Every year our family plans a trip to Norris and every year we say if this house had this or that it would be great. Well this house has everything you could want. Even the walk to the dock is the best we have found while staying down here. The kids and adults loved the dock especially being in a nice quiet cove. The only reason I am giving this a 4 star rating is because one of the best features in a lot of these houses we look for is having an ice maker to be able to fill coolers for the day. Unfortunately the ice maker was down for our stay which created the inconvenience of having to stop at a marina daily to get ice for the whole crew and boats. I did contact the owner and he was already aware of the issue and offered to pay for our ice and we did appreciate the offer but the inconvenience out ways the cost. Outside of that we couldn’t have had a better trip. We would definitely rebook again and hope to in the future.

Amazing home in a beautiful location!

Five families rented this house. We all had an amazing time and plan to return! The house is even better than expected and is set up perfectly for multiple families. The boat doc was fun to hang out on - the kids loved the slide and jumping area. The house includes everything we needed, was clean, and is located in a nice area. You can’t go wrong renting this! We did not want to go home!

My family has been going to Norris for many years and have have stayed in many different houses (in Deerfield). I must say this house tops them all! Very clean, calm/quiet cove and lots of room. Mark was very prompt to respond to any questions! You won’t be disappointed!

House, dock and lake were awesome. Our family had so much fun! House is very large and private. Kitchen had everything you would ever need and then some! We loved this house. Pictures do not do it justice. I would highly recommend this house for large groups of all ages! We had 11 adults and 11 children and plenty of room! You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Family Gathering

This house was a perfect fit for our large family coming from several states! The kitchen was fully equipped which made meal preparation so easy. Almost all the bedrooms felt like master suites and the bunk room was well loved by even our adult children staying in there. The beds were very comfortable and appointed with nice bedding and decor. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious back deck. The only thing we loved more than the house was the incredible dock. This dock is one of the nicest on the lake with its large covered sitting area and rooftop sun deck/slide. Our entire group spent hours each day swimming off the dock in the quiet cove.

Wonderful property for multiple families

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was stunning, practical, and perfectly designed for multiple families. The kids spent hours at the dock on the water slide and jumping platform.
