Our 1 bedroom tiny lake home sitting on our property features a comfortable queen bed with dresser upstairs and a cozy living room with an additional full bed for extra guests downstairs. TV's accompany both bedroom and living room with Roku features. All linens included for your stay along with bathroom essentials and kitchen utensils. Enjoy amenities like AC, heat, and WiFi during your stay with us. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, "WATERLESS TOILET" and vanity for all your daily needs. Our complete kitchen is sure to WOW! Equipped with an Air fryer, flat top griddle, microwave and Keruig machine you have everything you will need. Don't forget our attached deck overlooking Lake Lanier with dock access. Equipped with a propane grill and seating for that morning cup of Joe. We think our place will help you experience everything Dawsonville has to offer.

Not sure the property should be listed for rent. Although they have pictures of the entire property, the spaces are pretty small. The bathroom (especially the toilet,) IS NOT a bathroom. Please invest and install a septic tank; I had a real hard time going up and down the stairs to use the bathroom, and it was not a pleasant experience. I commend their effort and what they built; but everything is quite deceiving.

Great idea but NEEDS improvement

The floor slants significantly which makes mobility difficult on both levels of the house. Cleanliness was subpar--dirty floors and bathroom had hair everywhere. Toilet paper & paper towels were not stocked and we had to ask for more within the first day. We would have have used kitchen towels, but were not provided. NEEDS toilet paper holder! Waterless toilet is GROSS & literally stinks up the house & has to be changed by the host. Shower was slick and unsafe. Front door cannot lock effectively from the inside. The driveway is too small. Internet is unpredictable. AC worked well, though.
