Beautiful condo, restrooms for each bedroom was very nice. Access to beach and pool was wonderful!

The property was clean and had plenty of serving and cook ware. The Avant team was very quick to respond. The property has a beautiful, large tree that blocks most of the view of the ocean which was not shown in the property pictures. So the “view” is very minimal. The property had light bulbs out, lamps unplugged, the wrong internet password posted, needed new refrigerator filter and the front door key code didn't work after our first day. Avant- was responsive to all of these calls however believe all of this should have been addressed before our stay as “routine maintenance”. There are nice ceiling fans in the bedrooms but the controller is difficult to operate and no instructions provided. The dining table is glass but no glass cleaner available- had to purchase. (Really feel like at least a starter bottle should have been provided).I recognize this was rented off season but would recommend more attention to detail in the condo.
