The Space:
As you make a left towards Ocean Blvd, you won't be able to miss your vacation home! This unique, eye-catching structure is one of a kind, standing taller than any other house in the neighborhood. The crisp white and black exterior with gorgeous palm trees around will immediately put a smile on your face. Park under the house or in the driveway that can fit up to 8 vehicles!! Through the white gate, is the back yard oasis, a private pool, sitting area, picnic table and grills, all available to you throughout your vacation. Entering the home, travel upstairs to experience the immaculate kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bright, spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your cooking desires. Access the ocean view balcony from the living room to enjoy your morning coffee. This floor also features a half bathroom and laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. A bedroom on this level provides 2 Queen beds and an ensuite full bathroom with a beautiful tile and glass shower and private balcony overlooking the private pool.
The second level features a bedroom with a King bed, ensuite full bathroom with brand new tile and glass shower, and stunning ocean views from the private balcony. Down the hall, you will find another room with 2 full beds and an adjacent full bathroom with a luxurious glass and tile shower. The fourth bedroom features 2 full beds with a private ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom features a King bed with overlooking views of the private pool. This is unit B of a large dual-unit beach house. There are 2 separate houses in the immaculate vacation rental. Each house is rented separately, and the guests will have private access to the entire unit including private entrance, private backyard with private pool, outdoor dining and lounge areas and free parking in driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire unit including the private pool and outdoor area.

Other Things to Note:
You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 3:30 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock. No pets. No smoking. For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
