Villa on the beach, with two private pools (kids & adult pool). Enjoy your holiday in a private cozy atmosphere with the beautiful beach less then 100 meters from the villa. Surfing, fishing, shopping, and great dining are some of the features you may enjoy. Sol Verde Casino is just a ten minute drive or train ride away. If you are planning to go sight seeing, Spain, Tui border is just 1h15m drive away. Cities like Braga, Guimaraes, Povoa de Varzim, Porto are all 40 minutes or less away from the villa, if you plan to visit the museums and beach along the coast going north. South of the villa you can enjoy the cities of Aveiro, historic Coimbra, Figueira da foz and many others all under 1hr drive away. Great location whether you just want to sit back and enjoy the sun or get out and visit other cities and near by attractions. Buses and trains are near by. Mini markets are with in 300 meters away.

There is a golf course less than 4 kms away in the city os Espinho.
Surfing school is available 300meters away.
Entertainment is available, many bars (2 right on the beach and one night club), casino 4 kms away, walks along the beach. Great variety of dinning from the traditional Portuguese to Italian.

The property is wonderful, great location & really spacious. The balcony(s) give you a wonderful view of one of the best sunsets I've ever seen. The pool is clean & great treat. I would not hesitate to book the apartment again when travelling with my family in the north of Portugal.

Plage de sable fin et piscine à proximité de Porto

Appartement agréable dans une très belle résidence. Très belle plage en face de l'immeuble et très belle piscine. La terrasse est également très agréable pour dîner le soir avec le coucher de soleil. À 25 minutes en voiture de Porto, c'est une localisation pratique pour découvrir Porto tout en revenant au calme le soir en face de l'océan ou sur la les transats de la piscine.

Appartement en duplex spacieux et bien placé pour visiter Porto et les environs. Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire très réactif. Malheureusement le temps frais pour un mois de juillet ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse, de la piscine et de la mer.
