Bring your friends and family together for a piece of serenity on Lake Wateree. This gorgeous water front home has 5 bedroom and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms with great spaces for gathering such as the main living area with cathedral ceiling, rocking chairs on the front porch overlooking the water or hanging out in the basement around the wet bar. Yet privacy abounds with bedrooms for all and room to retreat and relax in the Sauna. Private dock with plenty of boat parking. The perfect place to relax!
Main level of the home has 2 bedrooms- the first has 1 Queen Bed and the second has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom on the main level of the home.
The upstairs has two additional bedrooms. The first has a King size bed with updated ensuite bathroom. The second contains 2 Queen size beds and Sauna and half bathroom.
Another bedroom is located in the basement which contains another King size bed and full bathroom.
Wet bar in basement with built in fridge and ice make is perfect for entertaining.
Located minutes toJune Creek for public boat access.
