Host communication was excellent and very prompt. The home was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were both clean, well cared for, and ready to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Clean, close to everything such as the beach, grocery stores. Restaurants and coffee shops.Vincent was available and made every effort to accommodate.Pool and Spa were fun just needed Vincent’s help correcting the temperature in both.

Beautiful property and super clean - so leave it the way you want to arrive. We will certainly be rebooking this one!! The quiet street is a bonus when you need the week to unwind but you’re still close enough to the beach!

The host Vincent was very kind and responsive. We had no issues whatsoever and honestly, the pictures in the listing do not do this property justice! It’s even more lovely in person. The two first floor bedrooms with a full bath plus washer and dryer and the two second floor bedrooms with a full bath were the perfect set up for our whole family. Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles and kids. The screened in porch with the game room entertained all ages, especially the arcade style Pac-Man/Gallaga game and foosball table!! Thank you for such an incredible family vacation. We recommend the Hibachi Restaurant across rt 72, the Brick Oven pizzeria in the plaza leading into the community and Fasaro’s Pizza of Manahawkin. There was also a great ice cream parlor within 2 miles and all the stores needed for groceries and last minute items. We did not use the beach chairs or umbrella provided, but it was nice to have them available. There’s also and outdoor shower and a fire pit, which was totally relaxing! Thank you SO much for the great experience!!!!!

Perfect Location

The property was perfect! The location was excellent, close to stores and restaurants. It had great access to bridge for beach, so we avoided traffic. We were able to communicate with the host easily and he was very helpful. The pool was wonderful and the landscaping was exceptional. There was lots of room for everyone and the house was very clean. Our family looks forward to renting this property again.
