Though small, this is an excellent space for a visit to San Diego. It is very clean and Brittany was very responsive to questions and we appreciated her recommendations that helped us enjoy the visit. The location is quiet but still accessible to major streets and highways. For us the proximity to SDSU was very helpful.

Home away from home! The apartment is very nicely furnished and the landlady is a gem - talk about cookies in a jar, water in the fridge and fresh cream for the coffee!

O wow. I LOVED this place, it is truly charming and words I can’t even come up with yet to say how CUTE. Bed was super comfortable and the studio had just about anything: water, coffee, towels and let’s not forget about the cookies 😁. Hosts were very communicative and friendly and helpful too upkeeping a safe clean place in the area. Definitely a favorite of mine and I can’t wait to come back!!

The place was very small with a king size bed against the wall. It only had 1 chair and no where to hang clothes. The air conditioner was large and noisy. It’s not for seniors and should be advertised as for 1 person. The tv had to be unplugged and plugged back in every time we used it. We rented for 9 days but left on the 4th day. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The hosts are nice.

The host was great with communication. The space was clean. It should be mentioned in the description that you have to enter through a gate into the backyard of a residence to access the room. That was a bit uncomfortable. Also, it should be advertised for 1 person. Although the bed was big enough for 2, the rest of the room was way too small. There is one chair, which leaves only the bed to sit on. No table. No flat surface for anything. Not much room to even walk past each other in the room. The bed is against the wall, and the brass foot board disallowed for getting out at the foot of the bed. The bathroom is a decent size, but no counter. Not good for hair or makeup. The bed is super soft, which for us caused back pain. No closet. Overall, we were pretty uncomfortable and frustrated due to the ridiculously small size of the room. We spent 3 nights, but seriously considered leaving early. I would not stay again. Space is entirely too small.
