Perfect for 1 or 2 guests! It had everything we needed, a big comfortable bed and was within walking distance of grocery and convenience stores, just a block away from two restaurants, both great food. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating!

Loved staying here. Nothing fancy but has everything you need to feel comfortable, safe and welcome. The room is small but the outdoor area is large with a table and chairs for dining or visiting. Thoughtfully equipped and charming decorations. Will stay here again!

Though small, this is an excellent space for a visit to San Diego. It is very clean and Brittany was very responsive to questions and we appreciated her recommendations that helped us enjoy the visit. The location is quiet but still accessible to major streets and highways. For us the proximity to SDSU was very helpful.

Brittany and Garrett’s place was great! We came down to San Diego for Zach Bryan’s concert. We checked in late on Friday, and I was so concerned about the time, but communicating with Brittany was such a breeze, and the door to the studio was unlocked for us to just walk in with out a problem. The studio was clean, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We brought our own toiletries and towels in case there weren’t any provided. You’re able to sit out in the deck if you want to, and explore their backyard. They have a chicken coop with silkies and chickens, which was my favorite part or the stay. We briefly met Garret and their babies, He was the nicest, and asked if we had everything that we needed. The ceilings are low, so if you’re tall you will hit your hands a few times like my husband did while changing, it was quite comical. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were amazing too! We did come across a huge water bug on the bed as we were getting ready to go grab food late last night. We looked for that thing everywhere, and it just vanished. I was a little scared going to sleep, because those things can fly, and I am scared of them. We don’t know how it got in, but it left the same way it came in. Overall, this is a quaint little find, and we highly recommend this place. It’s centrally located to everything. Thank you Brittany and Garrett for opening a small piece of your home to complete strangers. If we’re ever back in SD, you’re it!

O wow. I LOVED this place, it is truly charming and words I can’t even come up with yet to say how CUTE. Bed was super comfortable and the studio had just about anything: water, coffee, towels and let’s not forget about the cookies 😁. Hosts were very communicative and friendly and helpful too upkeeping a safe clean place in the area. Definitely a favorite of mine and I can’t wait to come back!!
