BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 4 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The house is plenty big and spacious and the location is great. But the condition of the house is more suited for bachelor party, fishing trip. Not really a family getaway. The place is dirty.

This is a Great Property, the over all appearance is nice. There are a lot of superficial bumps and scraps. But over all this is a very nice place to relaxing and enjoy Gulf Shores.
Needs some repairs,kitchen flooring, carpet on stairs.Handicap toilets in master bath would be a great upgrade.Electrical issue was handled promptly. Overall everything was good.

Not the house you THINK
This property is on the market to be sold. The owner is not spending money to maintain the house. When you charge premium rates, they you should offer a premium accommodations.
There was a big stain in the carpet on staircase. Not to mention the landing that bounced everytime you stepped on it. The white handrail coming up the stairscase was nothing but white or clean.
mechanical issues:
* ceiling fan in master bedroom didn't work
* multiple dimmer switches missing the round dial.
* trip hazards on the stairwell going upstairs to the bedrooms
* no working outlets in the main bathroom and only one mirror on the wall.
* toilet, just overflowed for no reason. Which causes water to leak in the bedrooms downstairs.
* my wife, had to move my daughters bridal lunching.
* if there are inspectors that inspect the property for cleanliness and mechanical issues, this team should be fired yesterday. As they are not representing beach ball properties well.

Eh. It was fine.
While our vacation was by no means ruined by our accommodations, this rental definitely felt lackluster and, in some ways, not quite guest ready. Felt like for the price we paid, we could have stayed somewhere that offered so much more.Pros:- Communication with rental company was concise, clear, and responses to our questions were quick- The location was really great. Less than ten minutes from public beach access, right off the main strip.- Layout of the house worked really well for us. Two bedrooms on the main floor, two bedrooms on top floor along with a nook of bunk beds on the top floor. Rooms were spacious and adequately (albeit sometimes quaintly) furnished, there were abundant linens, and the kitchen was well stocked.Cons:- Several maintenance issues. The fan in the master bedroom did not work. We submitted a maintenance request the day we arrived, it was never addressed. Very few outlets on the top floor worked. Several doors were jammed and tricky to open and close. Missing posts and exposed nails on the porches. Mirrors missing out of bathrooms. Chipped laminate on stairs and floors. When we arrived, the trash cans outside were overflowing with trash from previous guests.-The accommodations in general were very bare-bones considering the price we paid for the home. No cleaning supplies (we couldn’t even find a broom even though we were told one would be there), minimal decor and furniture made the home feel echo-y and hollow, no pool access, etc.
