Welcome to our large 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom lovely, affordable, elegant, well-appointed, exceptionally clean and fully furnished single family home with over 2400 square feet. This home can accommodate up to 15 Guests comfortably.

If you are looking for a large, elegant, yet comfortable & affordable home, this is a great vacation rental property where you can have all of your group come & enjoy the vacation together w/ plenty of space for everyone!

We provide secured & dedicated Free WiFi at this home, if you need to touch base with home or work.

This property has a forced air conditioning and heating system (HVAC).

The home has an installed security alarm system with each vacation renter’s personal & individual access codes set upon your arrival.

USE / RESTRICTIONS: Due to Owners allergies No Smokers, No Animals, & No Pets are allowed inside or outside of the property.

Please be advised that in consideration of our future Guests, there is a strict No Smoking, No Animals & No Pets policy at this property, either inside or outside of the home, therefore, we do not rent to smokers, or to any Guests with animals or pets.

Additional Guests, not listed on the Rental Agreement, are only allowed at the property, at any time, day or night, with our prior written permission.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: To secure a reservation both a signed Rental Agreement & payment in full is required.

Creswell is a peaceful suburb neighborhood of Eugene and is quaint & friendly. It is located only 12 minutes driving time along scenic Highway 99 to Southeast Eugene, or approximately 15 minutes to the University of Oregon via I-5 freeway.

There are vaulted ceilings in both the kitchen & dining room offering a feeling of spaciousness & openness.

The elegant and beautiful decor is romantic, inviting & comfortable with European colored walls, gold gilded furniture & gold chandeliers & sconces throughout, which formerly graced the Royal Garden at Waikiki Resort!!

There is a large living room (26 feet x 15 feet), large dining room, large & open spacious kitchen, as well as a large sun room (25 feet x 13 feet) for casual dining/reading/game playing. The large living room is comfortable, relaxing & inviting w/ plenty of comfortable furniture, a television w/ over 50 DVD movies, 30 CD's, & gold gilded décor & mirrors throughout w/ beautiful gold draperies as well as 2 gorgeous gold chandeliers hanging in the center of the living room.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped w/ new appliances including a new stove, oven, refrigerator & microwave. There is a full size dishwasher as well. The kitchen is fully stocked & appointed w/ counter top kitchen appliances, dishes (casual & formal china), glassware (casual & crystal), silverware (casual & gold), pots & pans, bake ware & cooking utensils & gadgets w/ everything needed to cook or bake and eat your favorite meals and/or desserts at your home away from home.

The dining room is elegantly decorated w/ a large oval table that seats 6 to 8 w/ a beautiful gold hanging chandelier & 2 more gold sconces. There is a mirrored antique server that stores table clothes, chargers, place mats, cloth napkins & napkin rings. You can also enjoy casual meals in the sun room at the casual dining table.

The large sun room/reading/game room measures 25 feet by 13 feet where you find another dining table that seats 4-6, a wicker love seat & 2 matching wicker side chairs, as well as 2 Royal Garden at Waikiki elegant arm chairs w/ plenty of cheerful floral décor. The sun room overlooks the back deck & backyard.

There are a number of sitting areas just waiting for you to sit down & relax with a spot of tea or a good book. There is a well-stocked video, CD, book & game board library, as well as 2 Karaoke Machines w/ 2 microphones & lots of songs for your group or family to enjoy!

The 5 bedrooms come fully furnished w/ 4 new Queen beds & 1 new Twin bed, luxurious comforters & high thread count linens, large closets (11x8 in Mas Bed), beautiful antique dressers and/or exquisite antique secretaries, gold gilded lamps, gold sconces or chandelier, & delicate draperies. The larger bedroom sizes are as follows: 15x10, 14x13, 14x13, 13x13 & 12x9. There are also 3 Queen sized supreme seat height air mattress beds along with other sized seat height air mattress beds that automatically inflate & deflate which will accommodate 8 to 10 more Guests. There are additional linens & comforter sets, with shams, accent décor pillows, & all types of pillows.

The Master Bathroom has a private bathroom w/ a matching pedestal sink & toilet w/ a spacious shower.

The other 2 bathrooms have combo bathtub/showers with double sinks & mirrors. There is plenty of cabinetry space for everyone’s personal items. All of the bathrooms are fully stocked w/ soft & luxurious towels & bathmats.

The indoor laundry center is equipped w/ 2 washers & 1 dryer which are easily accessible from the kitchen.

There is a large walk-in closet that holds all the extra air mattress beds, linens, table settings, as well as kids toys, puzzles, games, karaoke machines, 2 large folding tables, and outdoor furniture cushions.

In the coat closet you will find many board games.

The sweet, serene courtyard style backyard has a wood deck right off of the sun room & is fully fenced. There are 2 Weber gas BBQ grills for your outdoor dining pleasure w/ plenty of outdoor furniture on the deck as well additional furniture in the storage shed in the backyard. There is a picnic basket and plenty of children's outdoor toys ready for fun and games.

There is a long covered front porch with 3 matching bistro sets to sit on while drinking your morning coffee as you watch the world go by. The front yard is adorned with beautiful rose bushes.

There is plenty of parking on the property for 5 cars, as well as plenty of parking available on the street in front of the house.

The Harry Holt Neighborhood Park is just a block and a half away walk from the property. It is a two acre park centrally located in Creswell close to downtown, one block north of Oregon Avenue. It is surrounded by residential homes. The facilities include rest rooms, basketball courts, tennis courts, grass volleyball court, 10 covered picnic tables, benches, drinking fountains, play areas, slides, balance beam, climbing bars, merry go-round, gazebo and an open field next to the basketball courts, lots of grass and parking.

All within walking distance of the home you will find a Farmer’s Market style grocery store, the famous Creswell Bakery for delicious food and baked goods, numerous Pizza spots, including My Boy’s slate fired pizza, coffee shops, library, Thai, Chinese, Mexican, burger joint, & 2 Family Diners, 2 beauty salons, barbershop, museum, clinic, Creswell City Hall, as well as many other stores for shopping. A 2 minute drive away from the house is the Emerald Valley Public Golf Course, a venue for live music, & more fast food eateries.

RATE QUOTE TEMPLATE:
$174.00 per night base rate for 1 to 4 Guests.
$30.00 fee per person per night for all extra Guests, calculated after the first 4 Guests.

Adults, Children and Infants, regardless of age, are all counted towards the maximum of 14 Guests allowed at this property.

Cleaning fee is based on # of Guests:
$150 (1-7 Guests), $175 (8-10 Guests), $200 (11-13 Guests), $225 (14-15 Guests)

$250.00 security damage deposit "held on Credit Card file" by VRBO.com. Similar process as rental car companies do.
