I work in education and love being outdoors. I am passionate about family, the outdoors, sustainability education, traveling, building community, music, social responsibility, empathy, food and civic engagement.
Why they chose this property
Our family loves the river and having access to it. We wanted to be close to the water but far enough away from the railroad tracks and train that the smell and noises from the railroad were faint. Most houses on the river in Dunsmuir are so close to the railroad tracks that one can’t easily escape the sounds and smells of the railroad. We love the location of this house because it is both close to the river only a 3 minute walk but far enough away from the train that the sounds don’t bother me.
