Located just minutes from town, you’ll enjoy quick access to restaurants, shopping, trails, and outdoor adventures — while staying far enough away to enjoy true peace and quiet without the train or town noise.

This completely private ground-floor guest suite is attached to our home, where we live upstairs with our friendly small dog, Clyde.

The suite comfortably hosts 1–4 adults and includes:

• 2 bedrooms with queen size beds
• 1 full bathroom with standard shower
• open-concept living room & kitchen
• fast high-speed WiFi
• dedicated workspace with natural light
• cool, comfortable interior year-round
• 4 guests maximum

The kitchen features beautiful views of Black Butte and is fully equipped for cooking, relaxing, or working remotely.

Please note: We intentionally do not provide a TV, as most guests stream entertainment on their own devices and come here to unplug, explore nature, and relax.

• Non-smoking indoors & outdoors
• Best suited for respectful, low-key guests
• Prefer non- or very light drinkers
• Not ideal for very small children (home is not childproof)

Pets

Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval.

• $125 per stay for 1 pet
• Additional pets: $35 each
• Maximum weight: 50 lbs.
• Pets may not be left alone in the unit
• Two pet max
