The house itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, which we really appreciated.Unfortunately, the A/C wasn’t working properly for the first three days of our stay. When I contacted the owner, it took about 12 hours for an HVAC technician to come out. While I understand it was extremely hot outside, I was disappointed with the way the situation was handled. Instead of acknowledging the problem, I was met with attitude and repeatedly told that the A/C couldn’t keep up because of the heat. However, once the technician arrived, they quickly identified the issue, repaired it, and the A/C worked as expected afterward.Communication from the owners was the biggest downside of our stay. We also weren’t provided with any check-in or check-out instructions, which made things more confusing than they needed to be.Overall, the property itself was nice, but better communication, clearer instructions, and more professional customer service would have made for a much better experience.

Thank you for the review. Just to clarify, you did not contact us about any AC issues until 2 days after your arrival. You mentioned the temp would not go below 76. I kindly explained that because we are in a heatwave and it’s 110 degrees outside, the AC could not keep up and it will cool to 20-25 degrees below the outside temp. I also mentioned that my own house was sitting at 78 degrees due to the heatwave. Nonetheless, I had our HVAC tech go to the house and he arrived within 4 hours from when I first acknowledged your text. He changed out the thermostat and also explained that 76 degrees inside when it’s 110 degrees outside is the norm here in the DFW metroplex. You were sent check in instructions which you acknowledged. I apologize that our automated check out instructions were not sent. Thank you!

Just had a one night stay for a show at Dickies Arena. The house was very clean, very comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Well located for anything in downtown Fort Worth. We would not hesitate to stay again if we come back to town for a future event.
