Escape to our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom beachside cottage in Villas, NJ, just steps away from the serene Miami Beach & Delaware Bay Beach. This home is perfect for up to 6 guests, offering easy access to Cape May, Stone Harbor, and Wildwood Beaches. Don't miss the area's famous sunsets at the end of our street! Located in a peaceful shore town, yet just a 10-minute drive to all the attractions, restaurants, wineries, shopping, and nightlife that Cape May and Wildwood have to offer.

A Relaxing Getaway:

Our beachy cottage features two full-sized beds and a queen-sized bed across two stories, providing ample space for everyone. The loft-style design enhances the airy, open feel of the home, making it a perfect setting for a relaxing stay. Living, dining and bathroom is located on the first floor and the sleeping area is located on the second floor. The dining area includes seating for six, ideal for family meals or gatherings. Please note, there is a narrow steep staircase original to our quaint shore cottage leading to the sleeping area on the second floor.

Located on a quiet street, the cottage is just one block from a dog-friendly bay beach. This secluded beach is perfect for families with children or adults just looking to relax, thanks to its gentle waves and absence of lifeguards. Enjoy a private slice of paradise that’s never crowded, and witness some of the best sunsets New Jersey has to offer.

Comfort and Convenience:

The kitchen is fully equipped with ample counter space and a dining table that seats six, making meal preparation and dining a breeze. The living room serves as a comfortable hub with a small sectional sofa, a futon sofa, coffee table, and a large flat-screen Roku TV for your entertainment needs.

Take in the sun views from the front enclosed porch, which features several windows that fill the space with natural light. Unwind on the futon, sofa, or chairs, and enjoy a book, watch a movie or take a stroll. The cottage offers Roku TV, wireless internet, and central air conditioning and heat for your comfort.

Outdoor Amenities:

Step outside to enjoy the deck and rear yard, which comes with a gas grill, a picnic table with seating for six, and extra chairs for relaxing and listening to the birds and natural sounds. The backyard is partially fenced, providing a safe space to hang out. Additionally, there’s a washer and dryer for your convenience located. just off of the kitchen.

Please note that this charming 1935 shore home features an original, narrow staircase to the second-floor bedrooms. The staircase is about 2 feet wide with a safety railing, making it steep. If you have mobility concerns, a pull-out sofa is available on the first floor. Kindly request linens in advance if you plan to use the sofa bed instead of a bed on the upper level.
