The neighborhood and area is very safe with a strong military community from both the Army and Air Force (active & retired). My neighbors and I share a mutual respect for one another. Fort Walton Beach is a great alternative for Destin and is up and coming. I chose this neighborhood because of it's potential and proximity to the beach!
