Turquoise Place Luxury!

Turquoise Place is the premier resort on the gulf coast. Amenities include a lazy river, tennis courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, steam room, sauna and a complete fitness center.

Our beautiful 17th floor unit has breathtaking views of the gulf and orange beach pass. You can enjoy grilling on the balcony or having refreshments in the hot tub in TOTAL PRIVACY. Unlike units on the west side of tower C, no one can view our totally private balcony. Our unit also includes a Keurig for your morning coffee enjoyment.

**Please note parking is not included in pricing and is a one-time $50 per vehicle for the the first two vehicles. This is payable to Turquoise Place in advance of your arrival. Payment is collected separately and is not collected through VRBO. If you will be traveling with more than 2 vehicles please inquire about options for parking a third vehicle**

Minimum age to rent condo is 25 and someone 25 or older must stay at the unit.

Everything was perfect! Spacious condo plenty of room, I brought my toddler and between the ocean, lazy river, pool, splash pad, hot tub(on the balcony), and large jacuzzi tub in the master she stayed in the water! She also loved the playground! The resort has kids activities going on all day, my child wasn’t quite old enough for most but we will definitely be back to partake. We enjoyed the pool bar and dining options. The grill on the balcony is a great amenity as to where at other places you have to go to the shared grills on the bottom level.

Excellent trip!

The condo, beaches, and facility was clean, quiet, beautiful, and had plenty of space for my family of 5. The hosts were amazing at answering all communications in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future!

Luxurious Vacation

We were very pleased with the condo. The description is accurate of what is offered with this unit. The host was very easy to contact and very responsive to answer our questions. Our stay was an extended one and we had a couple of our families rotate in to spend time with us. The grandkids had a great time on the beach and also participating in some of the Turquoise Place activities. The hot tub and gas grill on the patio were used often. The "beach buzz" by the Blue Angels upon their return to the base in Pensacola was awesome. We are looking forward to our stay in 2025.

Awesome Condo and Owner to work with...

This was the second time that we have stayed in this beautiful condo. We had a group of nine and had plenty of room. The view from the balcony is stunning, with a hot tub and tv to watch. The grill is very nice to have also. This condo has everything to make your vacation totally awesome. Kate has always been super to work with. She always answers your questions in a timely manner. And the beach and Turquoise Place is the best anywhere!!!

Amazing condo!!

This is a great unit with an awesome view. We have vacationed in Orange Beach though this was our first time at Turquoise Place and it won't be our last!! The condo was the best and had plenty of space for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed having the grill on the patio and used it often - saved us from having to eat out!! Kate was the best to assist us when we encountered an issue - she responded quickly and got it resolved!! We will definitely return next year and already looking forward to it.

Wonderful early Christmas

We booked this unit for an early family Christmas. We were very pleased. It was well stocked enough to prepare a full Christmas dinner, including cocktail glasses! The unit was clean and because it was early December, our stay was also very peaceful. The only little draw back was the timing on the hot tub servicing. They came late in the afternoon/evening which was when we were in the tub using it. It did need treated the first day and that required us to get out for the chemicals to be added. Sure wish there was a way to coordinate the times with the servicer on that, especially when it’s not peak season and there are very few guests there. Everything else was wonderful. The host was responsive, organized and helpful.

What a slice of paradise!!!!

Loved absolutely every aspect of this 7 day stay. Kate was amazing about anything and everything I asked her. Let her know there was a light bulb out, someone is there that day, not kidding. The accomodations were equally wonderful. The hot tub and grill on the balcony were one of the main reasons I chose this vrbo over others, but ended up having SO MUCH MORE than those 2 amenities. While we didn't use them due to weather, lack of time or kids age, there is: Daily activities for kids to participate in (shark necklaces, rock painting, pictures with mermaids, etc) for a small fee, lazy river, beautifully maintained beach with chairs available to rent, tennis courts, putting green, water slide, Ice maker in unit next to the beverage fridge, oversize fridge and freezer, lovely gas stove, I could go on and on. The unit is well appointed and had everything we needed. The area is lovely and we were there on an off week so not busy at all. Be sure and visit 'the Wharf' which is VERY close to the condo (if you don't go by way of Gulf Shores especially) and Flora-Bama 4 miles away with great headliners - our adult kids saw Riley Green while we were there and had a GREAT time.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

This was our first vacation at Turquoise Place, but not our last! Our family loved everything! All the rooms are spacious and well decorated. We loved the huge refrigerator in the kitchen, as well as the ice machine and wine cooler! The balcony was a wonderful place for grilling out, eating meals, enjoying the hot tub, or just visiting on the chase lounges. We loved the ocean front views, as well as watching boats going in and out of the bay. (and the bay view at night is breathtaking!) I lost count of the TV's- I think there is one in every room (even the master bath- and the balcony)! We all loved the lazy river, as well as the pools and work out rooms. This condo is so well equipped- with everything you would need at the beach. (including beach chairs, a net, even noodles for the pool!) We loved the covered parking, and convenience to so many restaurants and Publix! Our family is already talking about returning to Turquoise Place next fall break! Thanks Kate and Tommy for letting us rent your beautiful condo for the week.

First Orange Beach Vacation... It won't be the last!

Every year, we get a large condo and bring the family. We had five adults a teenager and our twin three-year old girls. The condo was the perfect size. We never felt we were on top of one another. There are so many great things to compliment, I don't think I have enough characters left to mention them all. The facility itself is excellent. It was very clean and they have activities for both children and adults every day. If you tire of the beach, their pools are incredible. The are well-maintained and spaced out so if one seems to be too crowded, there is another. We loved the lazy river and the girls enjoyed the jungle gym - which is right next to it. The condo itself is spectacular. We loved the ice maker. We gave it a workout filling our cooler to go to the beach each day. The beds are large and comfortable. Being a software engineer, I also really appreciated the desk in the master bedroom to check in on "work stuff" occasionally. All the bathrooms are nice, but I think I could have spent the entire vacation in the master bath. The shower has four shower heads and a seat. Being clear glass and having a television just outside the shower, I could have stayed there the entire week. When deciding where we would stay, my wife found this condo and showed it to me. I thought it was very nice and not too far from Gulf Shores to drive to the places we always visit: The Hangout, The Track, Lulu's, etc. The selling point for me was the grill on the deck. I love to grill out and most condo's have grills on the property, but you have to share them. The condo has the grill right there on the deck to use any time you like. One more thing which really impressed me was the tenants or managers. We were unable to operate the television on the deck and I called them to ask about it. They had someone there to take a look at the issue the same day. I was impressed. At other locations, when I had an issue, I had to talk to someone at a company who would redirect me to someone else who handles maintenance and then have to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back before the issue was ever addressed. If you are considering this condo for a vacation, you will not be disappointed.

Turquoise Place

Our stay at Turquoise Place in Orange Beach, Alabama, was truly great. The location right on the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean, and the resort offered excellent amenities like pools, a lazy river, and a fitness center. The condo was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The hosts were friendly and responsive, which made everything run smoothly. We really enjoyed our time, thank you!

Spacious with beautiful views!

This condo was perfect for our family of six. Bedrooms were spacious, each with its own spacious bathroom. Beds were comfortable! Living area was spacious as well with comfortable furniture. Kitchen and dining offered plenty of room for cooking and meals. The dining table was perfect for games. The large 17th-floor balcony was great for outdoor grilling and also offered plenty of space for eating outdoors or to simply relax & take in the gorgeous sights and sounds of Orange Beach & gulf waters. A quick ride down the elevator and short walk on the private boardwalk lead to the powdery white sands. Lounge chairs & umbrellas are available for rent just in front of the resort. The resort includes two beautiful outdoor pools, indoor pool, water slide, lazy river, tennis courts, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. We enjoyed the food, drinks, and live music at the “Change of Pace” tiki bar. The resort is located near many restaurants. One day, we arranged a fishing boat & guide at a nearby Marina. Kate, our host, was so very helpful to answer any questions. Communication re: resort info, condo, check-in/departure was prompt and thorough. Our stay could not have been better!

Gulf shores first stay

Relax in Hot tub and enjoy view !

Even though it was January , we loved our stay.View was awesome, hot tub was perfect, indoor workout room was large and enjoyable. Walked on the beach on warm days and at night enjoyed excellent restaurants nearby. Perfect post holiday getaway and retreat. Owner was great too !Michael
