Tipsy Turtle is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that punches well above its weight for location. The 1,800-square-foot split-floor layout gives six guests real room to spread out — a primary suite on one side, two guest bedrooms and a shared bath on the other, and a comfortable family room and fully stocked kitchen in between. The kitchen comes loaded with dual coffee makers, an air fryer, blender, and everything you need for a proper home-cooked meal. Out back, the shared heated pool and private lanai space with gas grill and outdoor dining area is where the day ends — a cold drink, a warm pool, and nothing on the schedule. Step outside and downtown Bonita Springs is practically at your door. Sugarshack Downtown — the region's best outdoor live music venue — is less than a mile away, with something happening almost every night. Grab breakfast at the historic Survey Cafe, a craft beer at Ceremony Brewing, or a scoop from Heavenly Shakes, all within a few minutes' walk. When the beach calls, Barefoot Beach Preserve is just 4 miles away — consistently ranked one of the top beaches in the country, with calm water, soft sand, and some of the best shelling on the Gulf Coast. Coconut Point Mall, kayak rentals on the Imperial River, and easy drives to both Naples and Fort Myers round out a location that keeps every guest happy, no matter what kind of Florida trip they're looking for.
