The chalet is a short walk to the historical town center of Chamonix as well as being located right on the Savoy nursery ski slopes. Chamonix main central gondola is just 100 meters away, and links to the ski slopes in the winter and high mountain activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain restaurants a sightseeing in the summer.

The chalet has been totally renovated in 2024, to a very high, stylish and modern standard. The new glass sliding patio doors open onto a welcoming private patio and garden area with dining table, hot tub and views over Mont Blanc.
