Our apartment is in the more quiet part of Playa del Carmen only a 1-3 minute walk to the beach, 38th street & the famous 5th Av, where all the restaurants & shops can be found.

This cozy apartment has a spacious living room, with a big (bed) sofa where you can relax. The bed sofa is big enough for two people to sleep on.Fully equipped kitchen.
2 full bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms, 1 king size, and a queen size bed with blackout curtains perfect for a good night´s sleep. There is also a nice balcony where you can relax.

Great Stay!

The unit is just as pics show.Unit well equipped with everything, but could use more large bowls and a water dispenser unit. The bedroom with separate door access is noisy...as backs on to units with balcony's. (Be aware if light sleeper) The bikes are a nice addition to use! Highly recommend unit and complex. Mgr. of complex is attentive and nice. It was nice having washer and dryer. Recommend ideal for 3-4 people.
