We had a wonderful time at this condo! The location is fantastic- very close to the beach and walking distance to 5th Avenue. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beach chairs and used them everyday. We also used the rooftop pool each day. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a great experience and a place we would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed this condo. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. It had everything that you needed. The host was very accommodating. We were close to fifth Avenue, which is where all the action is. There were a variety of beaches along where we were staying. The grocery store was a 10 minute walk away, which was very convenient. I would recommend this condominium.

This guest begged us to let them in three days early because of an emergency situation where a Tulum hotel “kicked them out” and they had no place to stay. Our previous guests had just checked out and the condo had not been cleaned yet. We advised the guest that the condo was not ready but he begged us to let them in anyway, which we did. We also suggested that they go to the Fifth Avenue and look for alternative accommodations until the condo is cleaned. They looked around and called us to say that they found nothing and would like to stay in our condo anyway. By then it was late at night; so we agreed. The next morning at 9 am our maid came to clean the condo and did an amazing job, according to the guest’s wife, and everything looked good. When it came time to pay, the guest requested a discount for the first night, which we gave him, even though it was not our fault that the condo was not ready for their emergency situation. There were no complaints from this guest about anything during their stay, other than the discount was not big enough. And there are no explanations here why his stay in our condo was “not good”. All we can say is: NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!

Great A/C, wonderful communication

The manager Deanni was fantastic at helping us with all of our information. The A/C was awesome. They had big jugs of water there for the guest which really helped. Kitchen completely stocked like you are at your home. The King Bed in master was very comfortable. Did not try the twin beds. The biggest washer dryer I have ever seen, worked perfect. If I force myself to try to think of a negative the only thing would be the drain in the master bath tub was very slow. We let the manager know, I am sure she will attend to it. We gave all our left over food and drinks to the nice door man who guards the front gate. Thanks again, Bill and Nancy

Nice place but need an update
