New clean modern duplex unit located in Sevierville, TN with great location to all the attractions. Just minutes to Sevierville Convention Center, Soaky Mountain Water park, Sevierville Golf course and even Buc-ee's. Also looking to go to Dollywood, Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, this property is just a few miles away. The property is easy to get to paved roads and ample parking. Great space for families or just a couple just needing some time away.

The two bedroom, two bath unit offers nice modern appeal with top notch decor. One room has two single beds in it and the other room has a king bed. Also a sofa sleeper in the living room with sleeping 6 guests total. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new modern furniture. Enjoy the private back deck and back yard with barbaque grill and gas firepit. Guest are able to book the adjacent unit please inquire about the details.

Very nice property! Absolutely perfect location for any events at the Seiverville Convention Center. Kitchen does have bare minimum so if staying for longer than a weekend or plan to do alot of cooking bring it with you. We will definitely be booking this property again!

This is a clean and comfortable duplex that is very convenient to the Sevierville convention center, restaurants and stores, as well as to Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood is quiet and somewhat scenic. We found the accommodations to be more than adequate with a supply of paper towels, toilet paper and kitchen soap waiting for us. It was an enjoyable place for our week-long stay.

We had a great stay! The unit was new and the decor was beautiful. Plenty of room for four adults. Our host was very helpful when we checked in. Would stay here again.

Super cute. Great location. Everything was clean and updated. The kitchen had plenty of plates/utencils/pots/pans/etc. The only thing we had an issue with was the low water pressure. But other than that, everything was great. There were cards and board games for the kids. We doordashed dinner and groceries. The owners were very comunicative. Very pleased with our stay.

Convenient location to Convention Center

We were in town for an event at the Sevierville Convention Center so we wanted a place nearby. This was the perfect spot. This unit was convenient to the center, eating places and other activities. It was a good size for our family of four and it was very, very clean. We had a great stay and would come back.

Overall, this was a nice property. It was as described, clean and well appointed. However, as seasoned traveler, I like to prepare other guests what to expect. A couple of things worthy of sharing are: only one roll of toilet paper (per bathroom) was provided. Along with one roll of paper towels, two dishwasher tabs and two trash bags. Management usually indicates only “a starter pack” is a provided and this is certainly true of this property. Another noteworthy thing is location. While it’s near the parkway, it’s in a predominately older residential neighborhood with no Mountain View’s. We felt safe enough but be advised it’s not in an area with many other cabins or condos and has a very winding road leading to it. The price was fair and since we were only visiting Dollywood during our stay, the location wasn’t a big deal.
