Overall it was good. Appreciate the easy check in and quick response from host. The fireplace will not stay lit. The pilot goes out repeatedly even with the door closed as instructed. We used the outdoor grill so it would have been nice to have the deck swept and grill clean as well as the furniture . The location is great and the kitchen was well equipped.

Summer mountain vacation

Snow Cloud Condo on the grounds of the Ritz Carlton. Wonderful condo with full amenities. Hosts were wonderful and the condo was fully stocked with sheets, towels, tissues, soaps and shampoo. Will return for sure.

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, well-situated, comfy beds and great shower pressure! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, plus a bonus bathroom. Most importantly, Reed, the condo manager, could not have been more helpful or responsible. Truly a great place to stay!! Almost tempted to “gatekeep” it so it will be more likely to be available when we want to come back, but don’t have the heart.

Wonderful Property

This location has everything you need for a wonderful, high-end ski trip. Incredible access to ski down to the lift every morning. The unit is very nice, spacious and easily accommodated our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Everything was clean, very responsive management - just a first class place and worth the . A Perfect Mountain Retreat!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional condo and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation experience. The space is incredibly spacious and designed with a mountain modern flair that effortlessly combines style and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to enhance our stay. The condo’s interior is not only visually stunning but also exceptionally comfortable. The air conditioning kept us cool during the warmest days, and the well-appointed amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. We particularly enjoyed the luxurious feel of the space, which made our relaxation time even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the access to the Ritz pool. It was an absolute treat to unwind there after a day of exploring. The pool area was pristine and provided a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Communication with CRBC Property Management was seamless from start to finish. They were prompt, helpful, and made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. Their excellent service added an extra layer of ease to our vacation. They even met us upon our arrival to show us the grounds, where to park, and helped us with our bags to the condo. This condo exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely be back for another stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed mountain retreat.
