Very convenient to Cottonwood resorts and local shops like Trader Joe’s. Super clean and roomy! Owner was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely book again if skiing Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird and Alta.

Very pleasant stay. The location was great! Convenient location close to shops and food. The apartment is very nice, big tub with a king size bed that made me want to stay longer. The host is very good with communication and very friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Thanks Dave!

Close to ski slopes, shopping and restaurants

The apartment is exactly as described. Walking distance to stores and restaurants and quick drive to slopes. Ideal location with our without a car. Would definitely rent again!

Awesome! Little Luxury Getaway!

This place was an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much thought and care went into every detail. The space was spotless, so clean and well-kept, it felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there.We loved all the little touches in the decor that made it feel warm, welcoming, and just like home (only better!). Every appliance worked perfectly, which made our stay easy and stress-free—no surprises, just comfort.The pool was sparkling and inviting, and the workout gym was a huge bonus—clean, well-equipped, and perfect for keeping our routine going. This spot truly has everything you’d want for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway.The host was amazing—very responsive and helpful. He made it incredibly easy for us to add a couple more days to our stay, and he handled it quickly and professionally, which really helped us out.To the host: thank you for creating such a wonderful space and being so thoughtful. We’ll definitely be back again, and future guests, you're in for a treat!

Just Perfect

If you need a great place to stay in cottenwood hights area this is the place! Dave has been amazing. We originally book the place for two nights. We realized that we actually needed to stay in the area another night. We reached out to Dave and asked if there was any way we could extend our trip one more night. I had checked the schedule and saw it was booked out through the end of the year. To my surprise Dave responded and said we are more than welcome to stay another night. He sent the link to pay for the extra night and was very kind. He did mention that he had it blocked off for carpet cleaning and asked if we could work around that. For extending our stay last minute you got it. Dave was easy to communicate with and the place was so nice. This is such a homie place it will be our stop when we come back down to utah and stay in this part of the valley. Thank you Dave for everything and making our stay such a wonderful experience. We did notice that a past review stated no hot water. This is not the case. Everything worked great and the shower is so big and roomy. A great vaction spot close to so many shops and places to eat. If dining in is what you like the kitchen is fully furnished to help you accomplish your meals.
