With fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, pots & pans, griddle, crock pot, silverware, utensils, etc... Queen Bed + multiple bunk beds and a well-equipped bathroom & shower make this charming retreat perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy amenities of gas forced heat, AC, Ceiling Fans, WiFi during your stay. Outdoor Weber gas grill for your personal use + Great Fire Pit Area (firewood provided by owner) to relax & create memories, shoot a game of pool, throw darts, poker table, build puzzles, board games for adults & little ones - we have you covered! We're (friendly!) dog friendly (due to allergies please no cats, rabbits, ferrets, etc...) with large grass play area as well as maintained walking trails for your use. This was the perfect spot! We came from Maine for a family get together, and Larry was an unbelievably awesome host! Super accommodating, friendly, and helpful! We were able to have our whole family come over on Sunday to hang out, and everyone had a blast! Perfect spot for a stay, decorated so nice, and big and open! We will definitely stay again if we need a place when we visit family again!

We stayed Friday to Monday for our son’s dirt bike race weekend, and Larry and his family were overly accommodating and wonderful hosts! The property was amazing and had everything we needed.A couple of tiny minor notes for future guests: the kitchen setup is almost perfect (a pizza cutter would make a great addition!), and a slightly more thorough sweeping would be helpful for families like ours who spend a lot of time on the ground with a 1-year-old.Overall, an absolute 10/10 experience—we would definitely stay here again!

The ideal, "unique" place to stay! I have stayed in many VRBO properties, but this one by far was outstanding in every way. The location couldn't be better for our needs. The owner was extremely accommodating and it was just a lovely weekend.

My adult sons and I spent a golf weekend at the property. The host was fantastic and the property was exactly the unique experience we were looking for. From the pool table and dart board to the outdoor fire pit area, we had a lot of fun during our stay. Our host was super friendly and even sent us home with some fresh-caught Walleye filets!

We had such a nice weekend at Bull Run Lodge! The barndominium was spacious and comfortable, tucked away in a peaceful spot but still close to everything we needed. There's a lovely fire pit area too, though it rained during our visit so we'll have to try that next time!Larry was wonderful to work with, quick to respond and so thoughtful. We got in later than planned and he'd left the lights on for us, which made a big difference after a long drive. He also shared some fun history about the property and surrounding area, which we loved hearing.Such a great stay, we'd happily come back again!

By far one of the most unique properties we’ve ever stayed, in the best way. The lodge exceeded our expectations for our weekend stay. Larry and Laura were excellent hosts; very friendly, communicative, flexible, and available. Everything was stocked and homey, even in a “glamping” lodge. Great for kids, dogs, or an adults time away. 10/10, We would definitely stay here again.
