Ground floor with 02 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a suite, lawn, garden, balcony, living and dining room, guest bedroom, social bathroom, kitchen, pantry.
Large laundry area with laundry, washing machine, storage room, dependence room and bathroom.
