Perfect Place To Stay

This house was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Peoria. We were in town for a long weekend to visit family. The house was in a very nice, quiet community that was a short drive to everything we could possibly need. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for something a little better than a hotel room.

Spring Training Stay

We had a wonderful time here. The barbecue and all the appliances all worked great. Very nice set-up for the TV’s in both the living room and bedroom. The location was super for ballparks and shopping. I am almost positive I would like to rent it again next year’s Spring Training. Regards, John Scott

Peoria Trip

Property was in nice quiet neighborhood. Home was well maintained with listed amenities. Beds were comfortable. We had an appliance that failed and property manager had it repaired and resolved promptly as possible WiFi worked great. Can not speak for TV's as we did not turn them on. Had a great time with 2 of my 18 year old grandsons making memories. I would recommend this home and we would book property again.

Nice with little issues

For the price, this is a nice property. Few issues. missing knob on dresser, bathroom window cover looks stained (quarter window). Wall needs painting in same room, better towels (all in Master). However, safe quiet neighborhood. Home has a lived in feel that is not a bad thing. It is comfortable.

The house is older and needs some maintence and up grade, Clean average home meets the need of a no frills house to spend time together. The additional fees on top of the per night made it expensive for a 4 day stay.

Baseball Heaven in Peoria

Really nice house in a residential area of Peoria. Grocery store (Bashis) within walking distance (0.5 mile). Also nice taproom with beer selection in the same complex (Cactus Taproom). Had some confusion over e-mail correspondence with the home manager, but once we connected they were great. Had such a good time we may make it an annual thing. Baseball was amazing!

We were visiting for Spring Training games, the house was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of room, loved the layout of the house, and had all the amenities we needed! Too bad the lawn wasn't mowed, that was the only thing that wasn't kept up. Everything else was great and would definitely stay at this property again, thanks!!

Quiet Residential Neighborhood

This house is in a nice neighborhood with a park close by. Felt very safe and enjoyed morning walks each day. It was perfect for the little time we were there. The grill outside was an added bonus. And enjoying coffee outside at the table was nice too. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were also clean but definetly could use some deep cleaning in the showers. Access to the garage with an opener was an added bonus. The kitchen was perfect. Plenty of supplies to make whatever you want. We would have given the house a fourth star if a little more deep cleaning was done. Overall, we would stay again.
