The Space:

This vast outdoor playground puts you just ½ hour from Joshua Tree National Park, making day trips to and from the home a breeze.



At the home, you’ll find even more reason to spend your hours outside, lounging by your own private inground pool. The spacious backyard has been carefully curated for your enjoyment, with several options for dining and relaxing. Take a peaceful afternoon nap swaying gently in one of the hammocks or take a break from the ample California sun and catch up on your reading under the shaded patio. The poolside palapa is a wonderful place for the evening hours spent in each other’s company, warmed by the tabletop fireplace. You could even plan for a dinner or two al fresco courtesy of the outdoor dining set with seating for 8. Want to work up a sweat before you take a dip in the sparkling water? A sand volleyball court will be just the thing to get your blood pumping and spend some of that vacation energy.



Inside the home you’ll find contemporary furnishings and decorations promoting a calm mood and energy throughout each room. Enjoy quiet downtimes in the living room with plush sofa that converts to a sleeper and armchair seating facing a smart TV available for all your personal streaming needs. You’ll find 2 separate yet equally sophisticated options for casual or formal dining with tables and chairs for 6 and 4, respectively. The modern kitchen is all class with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a full suite of cookware and dining ware capable of whatever type of meal prep you have in mind. Keep the chef in your crew company by grabbing a countertop stool and enjoy and drink with some afternoon appetizers. Fancy yourself a pool shark? This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedrooms #2 thru #4 all include a queen size bed.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed.



The home also includes an additional full bathroom with an oversized vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking available for up to 5 vehicles – 3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage.

• The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. To have this fee added please contact the Customer Care Team after booking at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

• Dog Friendly! 2 dogs Maximum, small to medium breed of 50 lbs. or less. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee a flat fee of $150 per pet is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• Pool & Spa Heating (This property does not have a Hot Tub) Pool heat can be added for $100 per day and must be requested 48 hours prior to arrival. We will not be able to turn on once in the property.

Depending on the property, the pool heating fee may cover both the pool and spa if the system allows. For properties where the pool and spa operate on separate heating systems, a separate fee is required for spa heating only. Each property has unique pool controls and systems.

Other Things to Note:

• Pool Heating:

Pool Heating $100 per day, If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking and add no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. It must be heated for the full length of your stay and cannot be added during. -Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 87 degrees. While Palm Springs is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during Palm Springs colder months. Thank you!
