This beautifully decorated one bedroom plus bunk room, two bath, ninth floor condominium has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This recently renovated unit features a gulf front family room and master bedroom that overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with magnificent sunset views. The extra large balcony includes dining and lounging areas. This unit is located on the 9th floor which is 4 floors above the elevated pools and hot tub, an ideal floor to be on. Convenient parking is located underneath the building so no need to walk across the street as with many of the other condo buildings. ** Enjoy free beach service during your stay. Two chairs and umbrella daily at the beach March to November. ** This condo features a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, keurig coffee maker & standard coffee maker, wall mounted hairdryers in both bathrooms, and washer and dryer. Starter kit of laundry and dish detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels provided. For workout enthusiast, Sunrise offers an expansive fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit feels like a two bedroom with the additional bunk room, but rents for the price of a one bedroom. This unit sleeps seven, and easily accommodates four adults and three children. The master bedroom with a new king mattress faces the gulf. The bunk room is a small bedroom with a bunk bed, cubby storage for dresser (no closet), and a TV. Full bed on bottom and twin on top. The sleeper sofa has an upgraded foam mattress and is much more comfortable than the standard sleeper sofa mattresses. This condominium is decorated in a luxury cottage beach theme. TVs are located in the family room, master bedroom, and bunk room. This condo is full of luxury upgrades, granite countertops, fully stocked kitchen, DVD/VCR players, master garden tub with separate shower, wall mounted hair dryers in both bathrooms, high speed internet access,etc. Sunrise is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park which makes it an ideal location.

You will be guaranteed this luxury condominium with its location just four floors above the pools and hot tubs, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

ATTENTION: BASEBALL and SOFTBALL PLAYERS, Little League World Series participants, we are one of the closest condos to the Panama City Beach Recreation, Baseball and Softball fields. You can see the fields from the North Balcony. Enjoy the beach and pool in-between your games.

The location was amazing. Property manager was very easy to deal with and the amenities were amazing at the resort. The condo was clean upon arriving. Only downside I could find is that I do wish they would leave more toilet paper and trash bags but overall a great stay. Will be back!!

Wonderful!!!

Even our kids would like to make this condo our regular go-to for our beach trips. Walking distance to several stores, restaurants and even a Starbucks if that is something your enjoy. A quick trip down the elevator and youre at the beach. There was always an emplyee availble to ask questions and they always had a smile. Communication was good too. Looking forward to future memories.

We liked the condo, but the primary bedroom is in desperate need of a new and better mattress. 2nd room with bunks was hot when door was closed, we had to buy a fan. The sunrise beach resort is a great place to stay, they offer snacks and adult drinks on site, within walking distance to a few restaurants. Pier Park is further than expected for walking , but a very short drive

We had a great stay. The room was very clean. The pool area was nice and clean. We did have to go buy beach chairs because there was only one and we had a large group, but not a big deal. Just plan on bringing your own. The master bed was comfortable. The others were just ok. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few dinners in the room. The location was great, as we were able to walk to several good restaurants, ice cream/donuts, and putt putt. We would stay here again!

2nd time we have stayed at Sunrise, first time in this condo. We love it. Highly recommend. Master bed is a little noisy getting in and out of. Had issue with hot water but it was addressed the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay in this condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed during our week. The unit is on the 9th floor, which is really only the 4th floor of condos. The elevators were not bad (after the Saturday check in rush) like some high rise buildings. The pool area was very nice & the beach was clean. This unit included chairs & an umbrella on the beach, which was very nice.

A good gulf front condo with a very nice view.

We stayed for 28 days. It was very nice. The staff and security were friendly and courteous. Our owner was very helpful and when the I couldn't get in the door 3/4 of the way into our stay, answered me right away and gave me a new code. A 2 min inconvenience that could have been a bad day. The pictures tell it all. The one and only Panama City Beach.

The view was beautiful!

We had a great time! I was uneasy about the leak under the left side of the bathroom sink with a bowl holding slimy water. There was only one extra roll of tissue in bathroom's. There was no broom to sweep up. But other than that it was a beautiful place and the beds were very comfortable.
