Stylish 2 bedroom with added sleeper sofa Townhouse in Historic VA Highlands with 3 outdoor balconies. This trendy hot spot area is walking distance from restaurants shops, bars, grocery, bakery, etc. The location is unbeatable! Within minutes of 1-85, Downtown and Buckhead.

VA Highlands is a fun/safe area in town (close to everything in Atl). This is a high end 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse that is guaranteed to make you enjoy your stay in Atlanta. Full updated kitchen, multiple balconies, large over sized master bathtub, large closets, WIFI, cable, garage and all housewares included! It's a great stay for all occasions - family, business, friends vacation, close to hospitals. No fires or smoking allowed.* ONLY Dogs allowed with $150 non refundable pet fee plus $25 per additional dog. Dogs must be crated when left alone.


*$500 fee will be charged for smoking ANYWHERE on property OR having a Dog on the property without our knowledge.

Had a very nice stay - the location was great, the apartment was comfortable and clean. A lot more stairs than I realized, which wouldn’t normally be a concern but my 90 year old father was with us. Would stay here again, though!

What a perfect mom getaway!

This is an absolutely adorable abode for a getaway. It’s so nicely decorated, the layout is so comfortable with several porches and big doors to open for fresh air. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds, great pillows, great bathrooms. Location was perfect to walk to nearby restaurants, and shops, there’s a grocery store one block away. The host was communicative and very helpful.I hope I get to stay here again someday!

Gorgeous Property - Great Location

We loved absolutely loved, loved, loved our time here. The place is gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable. Off-street garage parking was an added bonus. The location is fantastic. Easy walks to great restaurants and shops (and ice cream!) or just stroll in and around the beautiful neighborhood. The place is also nicely situated for a short drive to either downtown or Truist Park, depending upon your preference and schedule. My wife is already asking when we can go back for another stay! Thank you.

Excellent location. Very easy to check in with a real key! lol This home is very clean and neat. There are plenty of kitchen utensils if you would like to dine in or just make coffee in the morning. They have two coffee pots- keurig and drip which is very nice. Excellent light and airy place to stay.
