Perfect for any gathering, the frequently requested Bobcat has an airy great room with beamed, cathedral ceiling and double-sided stone-faced fireplace. The kitchen is fitted with with granite countertops, center island, breakfast bar, and a large dining table. The home's sunny game room comes complete with poker table, pool table and TV and wireless Internet throughout. Of its 6 bedrooms, two are master suites. Curl up like a kitten in the cozy loft or enjoy the sounds of the outdoors while relaxing in the hot tub. The home has a wonderful wintertime view of Big Boulder Ski Resort. A hot tub, as well as an adequately appointed wrap-around deck, complete this perfect family vacation home. Bobcat is located just down the road from Lake Harmony and all it has to offer.

The "Bobcat" was just as described and in a great location. A ton of space for a group of 8, definitely would look to come again in the future.

The Bobcat checked many boxes for us: a large table so we could all eat together, multiple levels, large deck, pool table, beautiful kitchen, hot tub and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and other utensils were spotless!! The grill and utensils were spotless. Great covered fire pit. The home was centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do.

July 2024 Weekend Trip

A group of my friends and family do a 3-day weekend in Lake Harmony every year and this was the first time staying at this house. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The house was very clean and fit the 14 of us very comfortably. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home

This property is perfect for a big group. Lots of places to be together and lots of places to find some quiet as needed. The house was very clean and well equipped. It is in a great location, close to skiing and several restaurants. There are beautiful views from every window. We are looking forward to returning.

My friends and family had a great stay at this home. There was plenty of space for all 17 of us and we enjoyed the amenities included. We loved the hot tub, games, and layout of the home. The home is so close to everything and check in was easy. We wish there were some basics like extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, hand soap, salt/pepper/oil as we stayed in and needed more. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Perfect fit!

The Bobcat house was perfect! The location was close to a ton of restaurants, skiing and shopping. The owner was quick to respond to questions and the real estate was very informative. The home was clean and has sufficient amenities. I will definitely be renting the Bobcat again!

Perfect weekend!

I spent the weekend at this listing for my bachelorette. This property matched and superseded my expectations. Very comfortably we fit 17 people. The property was outfitted with everything we needed to have large group home cooked meals. The property is a five minute walk to the lake/beach. The property manager was very communicative and everything in the house was either self explanatory or property labeled. Thank you for helping make my weekend everything I dreamed it to be. Girls Weekend 50th Birthday

My husband rented the Bobcat for my 50th Birthday-Girls Getaway and I couldn’t have chosen a better location!!! The house is so big, beautiful, clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need to have the best time! It has a pool table, full size arcade games, a jacuzzi, and skiing and snow tubing nearby. I love the location as well. It’s so close to fun places with great food! I especially love the layout of the house with the open floor plan of the kitchen and family room, and the beds in 6 bedrooms were uncommonly comfortable for a rental. I highly recommend the Bobcat and look forward to renting again!!!!

Pros and cons if the place

The house was very nice and spacious and we all had a enjoyable time. Couple of things to take care at the property. There was no cutting board to cut vegetables and fruit. There was a smell in the bathrooms that some of my friends complained about. It is a great place and will rent a place there in the future.

Bobcat review

Overall the house suited our needs but did not meet expectations. House was not clean upon entry, number of beach passes incorrect. Cleaning service came on day 2 after we were already moved in, very disruptive. Fire alarm needs new batteries. Screen door broken and did not fit on the track.

Very roomy house, easy lake access

The house is well cared for and very roomy. We had three families with two kids each and there was room to spare. Lots of fun stuff in the house: arcade games, pool table, card table, hot tub. And the lake access is a few blocks away with a nice little beach access. We loved our summer stay.
