PARADISE FOUND!
Welcome to our home away from home. Located on the sixth floor, this complex has an elevator for easy access. Our condo includes everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The entire condo has been renovated and perfection is our goal.

What you will find inside our unit:
The kitchen has been totally updated with quartzite countertops, full-size, stainless appliances and tile flooring. Also included for your convenience are a dishwasher and disposal. The cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for family and friends. You will find cooking utensils, silverware, dishes (place setting for 8), glasses and many small appliances (coffee maker, blender, can opener, crock pot and toaster to name a few).
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with Tommy Bahama type furniture to give you that "Island Feel". The furnishings include a king-size bed, two dressers and an armoire which holds a flat screen TV. From the large window in this room, your view is the Gulf.
Directly connected to the master bedroom is the master bath. The single sink in this bathroom has a quartz surround. It also has a full size, walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has Tommy Bahama type furniture as well. The furnishings in this room include a queen-size bed, a full-size dresser with mirror, two night stands and a flat screen TV. The beautiful view from this room is also the Gulf.
The second bath has a single sink with quartz counter top. The shower is a walk-in shower with tile surround and sliding glass doors.
The living area has spectacular views of the Intracoastal from sliding glass doors. The furnishings include a leather couch and love seat, two leather reclining chairs, coffee table and a large flat screen TV and an electric fireplace. WiFi Internet and cable are provided.
The separate dining area offers seating for 6. There is also a stone-top serving piece. From a sliding glass door in this area, your view is the Intracoastal.
The balcony, which is accessed through sliding glass doors off of the living and dining areas, has a breath taking direct view of the Intracoastal. If you look to the left, you also have a view of the Gulf. The ambiance is so calm and tranquil that you have no choice but to unwind and relax.

This complex offers so many more amenities than most in the area. The following is a list of what is offered:

Awesome spot in Clearwater

This condo is superb, with nice views all around (corner unit). It was super clean, everything was there (even chairs, shovel, tennis racket etc.) and communication with the owners was excellent. Would recommend 100% !

Absolutely incredible

I can’t say enough about this property and the owners! It was absolutely beautiful inside and we saw a dolphin right from the balcony within an hour of being there! The owners checked in with us multiple times during the visit to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. The condo has absolutely everything you could need! Very clean, amazing views of both the bay and the gulf from the windows, spacious, so quiet… just truly an amazing time!

This is the perfect VACATION place

You will leave wanting to come back! Can we say - CLEAN- Cozy- has all your needs! Place has all things needed for starter stay! All kitchen appliances or utensils one will need! Safe feeling area and view off the balcony to watch dolphins is relaxing. Owners want to see that your stay is good and they showed us they care. It shows with their place! We want to take care of it too because we will be back. Have stayed in this unit twice and never had issues! Big plus is the cleanliness and well stock! No need to pack half your house for vacation! It’s already here/ there. Even have beach towels and beach chairs and small tent and cooler with beach buggy - so when you cross to go to the beach it’s an easy pack and go! I want to keep this unit a hidden gem but feel it’s not fair … others should go enjoy this home away from home! Loved our stay as much as we did the 1st stay - even done updates to a lot of the their unit from when we stayed the first time . It’s looks awesome, Thank you, Jenkins Family

Best Beach Getaway

My family and I loved the property and location. We’ve vacationed at Indian Shores numerous times in years past but this was by far our best stay. Condo has all the amenities needed, plenty of space for a family of four and all the necessary beach items. Mark (owner) was awesome and responsive every time I had a question or need. I highly recommend this property!

Mark, Adele and family are Ohio residents and have lived in several other regions of the United States. They originally stayed with friends in Indian Shores, and quickly fell in love with this beautiful area and friendly atmosphere. It would be their pleasure to be able to share this "touch of paradise" with you!

Why they chose this property

Being from the North, we decided it would be nice to have a place of our own in a warmer climate. We were looking for an atmosphere that was casual and relaxed, yet close to every activity imaginable . The short walking distance to the Gulf and sandy white beaches were at the top of our priority list. The welcoming environment of Indian Shores, and Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club in particular, was exactly what we were looking for.

What makes this property unique

Because this is a corner unit, the breath-taking views from every door and window in our condo were the immediate draw to this location. Also, the fact that we are just steps away from the Gulf made this complex very appealing. We love the beach, and the access to the Gulf and white sand could not be more convenient!
