Spectacular Water Views. Completely Renovated To Perfection!

PARADISE FOUND!
Welcome to our home away from home. Located on the sixth floor, this complex has an elevator for easy access. Our condo includes everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The entire condo has been renovated and perfection is our goal.

What you will find inside our unit:
The kitchen has been totally updated with quartzite countertops, full-size, stainless appliances and tile flooring. Also included for your convenience are a dishwasher and disposal. The cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for family and friends. You will find cooking utensils, silverware, dishes (place setting for 8), glasses and many small appliances (coffee maker, blender, can opener, crock pot and toaster to name a few).
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with Tommy Bahama type furniture to give you that "Island Feel". The furnishings include a king-size bed, two dressers and a console table with a large flat screen TV. From the broad window in this room, your view is the Gulf.
Directly connected to the master bedroom is the master bath. The single sink in this bathroom has a quartz surround. It also has a full size, walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has Tommy Bahama type furniture as well. The furnishings in this room include a queen-size bed, a full-size dresser with mirror, two night stands and a flat screen TV. The beautiful view from this room is also the Gulf.
The second bath has a single sink with quartz counter top. The shower is a walk-in shower with tile surround and sliding glass doors.
The living area has spectacular views of the Intracoastal from sliding glass doors. The furnishings include a leather couch and love seat, two leather reclining chairs, coffee table and a large flat screen TV and an electric fireplace. WiFi Internet and cable are provided.
The separate dining area offers seating for 6. There is also a stone-top serving piece. From a sliding glass door in this area, your view is the Intracoastal.
The balcony, which is accessed through sliding glass doors off of the living and dining areas, has a breath taking direct view of the Intracoastal. If you look to the left, you also have a view of the Gulf. The ambiance is so calm and tranquil that you have no choice but to unwind and relax.

This complex offers so many more amenities than most in the area. The following is a list of what is offered:
Elevator, Heated year-round pool, Hot Tub, Gas Grills in Pool Area, Sauna (Men's and Women's), Exercise Room (Fee required - contact owner for details), Bike Rack to lock up your bikes, Boat Docks for fishing and for your boat (Or rent one locally!), Small 9 Hole Putting Green, 4 Lighted Tennis Courts/Pickle Ball, Shuffleboard Court, Roof Top Observation/Sundeck, Laundry Facility and Guest Parking. We even provide a beach caddy and 4 beach chairs for you to use during your stay.

Turn thermostat to 80° if the air conditioning is running. If heat is on, turn thermostat to 65°.
Place all used linens (sheets and towels) in the hallway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Paradise found! Indian Shores is a beautiful beach and This condo is a true home away from home. It is equipped with everything you will ever need and then some. It is tastefully decorated and has beautiful views of bay and gulf. We did spot some dolphins off the balcony too! We loved the location as it was close to everywhere we wanted to go. I can’t say enough about this property and the owners! It was absolutely beautiful inside and we saw a dolphin right from the balcony within an hour of being there! The owners checked in with us multiple times during the visit to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. The condo has absolutely everything you could need! This rental was fantastic. The pictures and description were perfectly accurate. Mark and Adele had great communication with us during our stay. They provided so many extras in the kitchen such as foil, plastic wrap, and spices. They provided all types of cookware, glassware, and dishes. All appliances were clean and in good working order. The condo was nicely decorated and absolutely spotless!! We enjoyed our morning coffee and view from the balcony; we even watched a dolphin. The beach chairs and wagon provided, made the quick walk to the beach easy. We highly recommend this unit and would like to return in the future.

Mark, Adele and family are Ohio residents and have lived in several other regions of the United States. They originally stayed with friends in Indian Shores, and quickly fell in love with this beautiful area and friendly atmosphere. It would be their pleasure to be able to share this "touch of paradise" with you!

Why they chose this property

Being from the North, we decided it would be nice to have a place of our own in a warmer climate. We were looking for an atmosphere that was casual and relaxed, yet close to every activity imaginable . The short walking distance to the Gulf and sandy white beaches were at the top of our priority list. The welcoming environment of Indian Shores, and Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club in particular, was exactly what we were looking for.

What makes this property unique

Because this is a corner unit, the breath-taking views from every door and window in our condo were the immediate draw to this location. Also, the fact that we are just steps away from the Gulf made this complex very appealing. We love the beach, and the access to the Gulf and white sand could not be more convenient!
