Newly fully remodeled, this home features three delightful bedrooms and two stylish baths. The primary bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom and a king size bed. The second bedroom has lots of natural light and a king size bed. The third bedroom offers two XL twins that can also be configured as a king size bed upon request. The second and third bedroom share a beautifully updated full bathroom with a deep soaking tub. All three bedrooms feature 100% cotton sheets and cozy duvets for a luxurious stay!

The cozy kitchen has been fully remodeled and is perfectly appointed for all your cooking needs. We offer a Nespresso Vertuo machine with provided pods, as well as a class drip coffee maker for all your morning coffee needs. The breakfast nook and dining room are perfect for morning and evening gatherings and flow seamlessly to the intimate living room, centered around a charming fireplace. The living room seamlessly flows into the dining area and opens up to a serene patio. Our Stay in Montecito

This property is wonderful! The house is very clean and decorated beautifully, the garden is darling with a fire pit and lounge chairs, a dining table and chairs to eat outside, and hanging lanterns that light up the space at night. It is located conveniently to the town of Montecito in a really nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here.

Family Vacay

We absolutely loved this house!! It was the perfect size for our family of four adults. The beds were comfortable, and even the couch in the living room was comfortable which is usually not the case in rentals! The decor was very tasteful and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The absolute best part was the landscaping and the back yard area. It was huge and had a cozy fire pit area as well as other tables/seating. We really enjoyed our time back there. The location is great too because it was a quick walk to the beach, and it's very close to the little town square with the restaurants and stores. We would absolutely rent this house again. Usually with rentals we are somewhat disappointed because the pictures always look better than the actual property. That’s not the case with this house, it was amazing and we were very pleased!
