It's conveniently located just a short walk from the Philipsburg Brewery and Sweet Palace candy store. Whether you're an angler, hiker, or want to relax in nature, our Philipsburg house is perfect. We're excited to host you and help create unforgettable memories in this beautiful area. This spacious and comfortable three-level home is ideal for families or groups of friends, offering four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The first level presents an open-concept design that seamlessly blends the dining area, counter space, living room, and fully stocked kitchen into one cohesive space. Furnished with a large table and chairs, the dining area is near the kitchen, making it the ideal spot to enjoy meals together. The modern kitchen has appliances and ample counter space, allowing you to prepare delicious meals for family and friends. The living room is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. Upstairs, the bedrooms offer spacious and well-appointed accommodations, including ensuite bathrooms and comfortable beds. Additionally, a small family room area with a pull-out couch allows for more guests. The lower level offers two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, completing the comfortable and inviting accommodations of this lovely home.

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please fill and start the dishwasher.

Leave all bed linens, but please gather all used towels.

Make sure all windows are closed, fans and lights are turned off, and take the trash out to the bin behind the house by the shed.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

All guests must be registered. Please, keep an eye on small children due to egress windows in the yard, deer in the yard, and stairs in the house.

Parking is in front of the house on the street. Downloading of illegal material is NOT permitted. Guests will cover any fees incurred. No FIREWORKS.

The owner must be notified immediately if any substances are spilled or released on any of the beds/couches provided including the pullout.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! There is so much room, it fit our two families perfectly. The location is prime and Sarah was very responsive. We can’t wait to stay here again!
