Please turn off all lights, ceiling fans and make sure oven is off. Please turn off the portable AC. Please make sure all game pieces are back in the correct game boxes.
Please empty all trash to the large black can at the end of block corner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
LIMIT NOISE: Please consider our neighbors and surroundings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am MT.
• Please turn OFF the portable AC in the summer. In the winter, please leave heater ON at 62 degrees to protect pipes from freezing.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises. • Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

We had a lovely stay. The house is clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to Main Street and a nice park with a newer playground. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there were plenty of nice towels in the bathrooms.

Heather, the host, was great to work with. The house was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the location. It was close to town and things to do. We're talking about going up again this summer and if the home is available, we will definitely stay there again.

Great little getaway

Great little getaway, not far from Lava. Great space, plenty of room. Only thing the downstairs couch isn’t the comfiest, but that didn’t ruin anything it’s a great space to stay.

Mid May lava visit

Enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean, well kept, no weird smells like cigarette's or pet odor. Real close to downtown Lava!

Everything we needed to be comfortable.

Great hospitality. House is warm, quiet, comfortable and needed items were anticipated and readily available. Our family cooked meals in the kitchen and had a really great stay.

We had an amazing time staying at this location. We were 3 couples. We spent 2 nights. The house is spotless. The cute kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the coffee/tea station. The living room furniture is very comfortable. The throws and ottomans made it nice and cozy. Showers have great water pressure and lots of clean white towels available. In a nice quiet location. We walked to town for dinner. We will definitely stay here again. We were all very impressed! 10/10!

Heather was an amazing host. She was responsive and so kind. After 4 years of vacationing in Lava Hot Springs, this our favorite spot. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The living spaces have Lots of natural light. The place is roomy enough for family to spread out. The bunk beds are a life saver. We even loved the close proximity to down town. We walked down everyday.
