Love this place!

It was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet neighborhood, clean, new everything and prompt communication, usually within the hour. Hope to stay there on our next trip to San Antonio.

The home was clean and nice but maintenance was lacking Yard was very over grown the toilet seats were lose or broke the dryer didn’t not work the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall as well we couldn’t find any tv remotes for the bedrooms

Great Home!! Clean, great amenities in the home, respectful house rules, and conveniently located. Very close proximity to the interstate, Lackland AFB, several restaurants, and shopping centers. We experienced easy check-in and out procedure. Also, Anthony was great with communicating and welcoming.

Property needs some TLC. Dishwasher leaked due to poor installation. Hand soap had been diluted with water to look like it was full. The shower curtain was to short so water got on the floor. Kitchen was not fully supplied with equipment for cooking. It would be helpful to have instructions for checking out like: starting a washer of towels and or stripping the bedding. No laundry detergent was available.

Need a kitchen towel would have been nice. Also there is one chair at the kitchen table screw is missing. I left a rooster in the seat of it. One of the smoke dectector is flashing red in the first room as you walk in check that out. Over all place was clean and nice. Loved our stay here. Thanks.

Host blamed everything on Verbo. I had to call host for access code to the home. And to top things off. Verbo & Expedia stated this was a “No Pet’ home. The home had a VERY strong dog odor smell, white dog hair was EVERYWHERE & a dog poop bag was left on the back porch. After contacting the host. We got NO response until after we left. I’m HIGHLY UPSET about how NASTY this home was

My family of 4 stayed 4 nights at this home. It was very spacious, listed accurately, close to many attractions like Riverwalk, the Alamo, and Tower of the Americas. The neighborhood was very quiet as well. However, the host did not communicate well through the VRBO app. I had to reach out to customer service just to obtain another contact info to finally reach the host. The home could have been cleaned better for us. There was lots of hair and dead bugs on the floor. One of the guestrooms had broken blinds, the dishwasher didn't work. The grass in the backyard was too high. Overall our stay was okay. We give it 3.5
