The guest house/tiny house has a covered porch overlooking our small pond and is great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and maybe you will be blessed by a sighting of ducks, heron, frogs, birds, or even deer. The covered porch has two outdoor chairs with small dining table for outside dining. There is also outside lighting around the deck for night time enjoyment. We have added a propane grill for outdoor grilling as well.
When you arrive there is a dedicated parking spot straight ahead next to the cabin. If you have more then 1 vehicle the other vehicle can be parked outside of the property on the road it is only 50ft away from the cabin and there is not a lot of traffic here as there is only a handful of other properties in our section of the neighborhood. It is a safe area and we do have several cameras on the property but nothing inside the guest house or on the deck as we respect our guests privacy. We also added a hotel style look on inside of the door that can only be unlocked from inside for added safety.
The guest house cabin is on the other side of the pond from our big trailer, but when we have guests in the guest house/tiny home we put up our deck curtains to give you and us some extra privacy. Had a very good stay-tiny house was fun as I checked out all of the spaces-I’m in the process of building a tiny house so enjoyed how things had been set up.
Everything was clean and organized. A great shower and comfortable bed. We had peaceful nights. It is peaceful and quiet in the area. We loved this tiny house!
Beautiful Space, and definitely compact, but perfect for a solo traveler. Great place to decompress after a long day, and close to the Mountain Loop Hwy to explore once I had more time. The hosts communications were detailed and very helpful, especially since cell signal isn't the greatest in that area.
This property was a great little place to stay. I would highly recommend it. The location was perfect for our needs and the host was very helpful and communicative.
Adorable tiny home that was clean and had all the necessities as well as extras. Host was very responsive. Everything was as described in the listing. Would have happily stayed longer but had only decided to stay in the area one day while traveling to other parts of the state. This is a true gem!
We absolutely loved the Bbq deck, was so relaxing to sit and drink our coffee on every morning, it’s all lit up and absolutely adorable to come home to after exploring, and comfortable to sit through while the rain is pitter patting on the roof, bed was very comfortable, tiny home has a great layout, we were impressed with how big the shower was, kitchen had everything we needed. Love love loved the pond and fire pit.
very good ac, kitchen equipment, bed, tv & internet.

Liked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Location
Hard to find. I grew up in the area and still had trouble finding the location.
Smaller than expected, parking VERY tight, ramp to get in is very steep
It was ok since we only slept there. Not much room if you plan to spend a little time in the unit.
The property is just as described and as you see in the pictures. Very intimate and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The owners seemed to have thought of everything to make the space as home-like as possible. I appreciated the notebook with more information about the property and local area. The covered porch was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or tea and listening to the birds.
An absolute gem. It may be small but it is one of the most thoughtfully put together VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Everything is very clean and you can tell a lot of thought went into every inch. It was also nice not to have to spend the last day of my vacation doing laundry and vacuuming. I've noticed VRBOs are getting more and more demanding about cleaning the place on top of charging you a hefty cleaning fee. That's not the case here. It's reasonably priced and worth every penny. It is small but that was made clear in the listing and we were fine with it. We just wanted to get away and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. I really enjoyed sitting on the front porch, reading my book and enjoying nature. Joe was lovely And you can tell he put so much care into everything from the designated parking spot, to the kitchen and bathroom. I would highly recommend. I only regret we didn't bring supplies to utilize the kitchen and grill.
