Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The website is terrible didn't specifically tell me what it goes on through the hotel, service staff didn't tell us that for private room we would have to throw away the trash and clean our own bed sheets even though we paid a lot of money also the website didn't say that we had to pay additional money for accessing the pool or the beach, staff took a long time getting ready our rooms and we additional had to wait 1 in a half hours for our room even though we arrived early for our room and we were tired, no the rooms weren't clean and bed sheets looked like someone layed there before we even got our room.
