Here are some information and rules about the house.
House for season in Geribá, for up to 6 people.

Condominium with 24 hour doorman, 350m from Geribá beach.
Tastefully decorated and well equipped.
Living room, 3 comfortable and good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen-equipped kitchen with enough pots, plates, cutlery and crockery for the group.
Balcony with hammock, garden.
The living room and bedrooms overlook the garden and pool.
Living room with 40 ”SONY LCD TV, Sony DVD Player.
Doors and windows with anti-mosquito screen.
Condominium area with sauna, adult pool, children's pool, volleyball court and beautiful garden.
Kitchen with Refrigerator Eletrolux Duplex Frost Free, Panasonic microwave, Brastemp stove 4 burners, with oven and blender.
Ceiling fans in every room and additional fan, type ARNO Turbo Silence, in the room.
As for the Basics, we provide soap, detergent, liquid soap, paper napkins, tea towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and cotton floors in the bathrooms.
The beds, mattresses and pillows are of good quality.
We still don't provide sheets, pillowcases and towels.
Guests must bring their own bed and bath linen.
If there is a need to provide bed and bath linen, please arrange with the host.
The house has Wi-Fi Internet, but the internet is not part of the rental.
The guest does not pay to use the internet. It is courtesy of the host.
Therefore, the host is not responsible for inoperations caused by the internet service provider.

Animals, parties and / or events are not allowed.
During his stay, the guest will be responsible for cleaning the house and at the end, when leaving, he must leave the house tidy, dishes and utensils washed and accommodate the garbage outside, behind the house.
Right after the reservation, the renter must provide a copy of his ID, CPF and proof of residence. You must also provide a copy of the RG and CPF of the other adults who will be staying at the house and the license plate of the car in which they will arrive and which will be parked inside the condominium.
We recommend that you bring the children's documents with you.
The LESSEE undertakes to respect the Internal Regulation and the Condominium Convention for himself, his family, employees and eventual visitors. As an example, the rule of silence after 22:00 and the use of sound outside the house at any time. Violation of the rules implies a fine paid by the LESSEE to the condominium, in the amount of 1 (one) minimum wage.
The rental will be canceled, the keys will not be given and no amount will be returned if the person responsible for the rental is not part of the group that arrives at the condominium to occupy the house.
