The condominium is right next to the beach of Manguinhos and has all the infra structure available (barbecues, adult and children's pools, tennis court with lighting, multipurpose court, two spots car, sauna and steam room, 01 game room with table ping-pong, soccer and snooker, a lounge with official pool table, playground with children's toys and landscaping (gardens) gorgeous.
