Comfortable, practical and cozy house in a condominium facing the beach of Manguinhos, with swimming pool, sauna and total security. This beach, which has warm and crystal clear water, is widely used for Kitesurfing and Windsurfing on windy days and Jet on days with little wind. The house is light and ventilated with a barbecue, balcony and full kitchen with cupboards. Just bring bedding and enjoy the rest you deserve.

Enjoyed our time

Renato and Zeny were excellent hosts, patient and gave great recommendations on where to go. Condo is a short walk to a quiet beach; would recommend.

Amazing!!!

It’s so much to say that I will cut off just saying that this is our fifth time at that condominium and we always come back!!! It became our spot for our family reunion!!! We started renting one house , this time we rented 2 house and next time we will rent 3 houses at the same condominium!! Thank you all the works that keep that place so nice. We will definitely always come back 😉👏🙏♥️

Excelente hospedagem à beira mar

Amamos a casa do Renato! Casa confortável, com toda infraestrurura que poderíamos precisar, localizada em frente á praia de Manguinhos que nós não conhecíamos, mas passou a aser minha praia preferida em Búzios, água calma e com temperatura agradável, areias vazias. Próximo se mercados, farmacia e do Centro de Buzios de carro. Amamos o condominio também. Muito aprazível. Renato flexibilizou check-in e check-out, o que pra mim tambem é um ponto forte.

A casa do Renato é bem confortável e logo nos sentimos "em casa". Com a area de churrasco e a delicia da veranda, nos passamos noites aproveitando disso. O condomínio é lindo e muito bem cuidado e o local é muito bom.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse imóvel. A casa é bem montada, agradável, não falta nada! Em frente a piscina, o que dá uma tranquilidade pra quem viaja com crianças. Renato está sempre disposto a resolver qualquer problema que aconteça e esclarecer dúvidas. O condomínio é lindo, bem localizado e bem estruturado.

Férias tranquilas

Passamos 2 semanas de férias na casa do Renato. O condomínio é muito tranquilo com o diferencial de ser "pé na areia" . A casa é ótima para adultos e crianças e com todos utensílios necessários para a estadia. O Renato é super atencioso e deu total suporte para que não tivéssemos nenhum problema. Voltaremos com certeza.
