Great vacation rental! Minutes to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and beds were comfortable. We loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom and how they had beach towels ready to use so we didn’t have to buy any. We will stay here again next visit!

Such a wonderful place. Created lifetime memories. Balcony is big with incredible view. Say hello to the dolphins that visit. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Plenty of room in kitchen and dining area. Great parking but you don't need to drive with white sand Clearwater Beach a few blocks away and dozens of shops and restaurants nearby. Fun ice cream place next door.

The property is well maintained. The condo is beautifully decorated. Love that each bedroom is connected to a bathroom. Balcony is large and nicely furnished. Bathrooms are great. A few downsides: the living room furniture is “lumpy” and uncomfortable. The dining room and living room furniture is oversized which limits space. The pool is extremely small with limited seating and sun. Overall though we’d gladly return.

We did get all the living room furniture replaced to make the unit more comfortable Please come and try to the unit again and I think you will find it that it fits you much better. The only reason for 4 stars really is the lack of some beach amenities (and the beach could be a tad closer). Still, a 4-block walk to south part of Clearwater Beach wasn't bad. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Condo itself was well appointed, clean, perfectly maintained. No beach towels was a drag - had to purchase some at Wings since we opted not to weigh down luggage and bring our own from home. Bay view was peaceful and the dolphins plentiful. Pool is out of the sun by early afternoon and small, but we were beach-goers anyway. Beds were comfortable and compared to condos in same complex this is Tommy Bahama vs. Old Navy! Would recommend and potentially stay again. Building was very secure and well maintained...

Great location, beautiful Condo!

We were a bit concerned about booking this unit because of the one bad review, and then decided to trust all the other 4- and 5-star reviews, and we are glad we did! The unit is beautiful, nicely appointed and very clean. The balcony is amazing, even though Clearwater beach can be very active, the balcony is quiet and peaceful, and a place where we spent a lot of time watching the dolphins and pelicans. We love to cook, and the well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The Condo was also well stocked for the beach, providing towels, coolers, chairs, beach umbrellas and toys for the kids. The location is great, with many restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. The main public beach is two blocks away and Shepard’s beach, bar and restaurant is literally across the street and offers beach chair and umbrella rentals. The Condo comes with one dedicated parking spot, and there are several guest parking spots as well if more than one is needed. As a bonus, we chartered a fishing captain for a ½ day, and he picked us up in the boat right at the condo!

Premium price, bargain basement experience

We stayed at about 20 VRBO properties in past 6 years and this is first review of any property. Overall we had several challenges with the property: - Washing machine leaks - Refrigerator has a white liquid coming out of filter/ice maker - Fan in living room tums on by itself - TV in living room turns off at 10pm every night - Black mold on queen bedroom shower curtain The property manager was very responsive and sent someone out next day. The maintenance team confirmed awareness of the refrigerator problem and said nothing would be done about it. The other items were reviewed and not fixed as washing machine continued to leak, nothing done about shower curtain and fan/TV unresolved The property manager is in a difficult position and believe this is a property owner issue. It is clear the least amount of money is spent on the property. Many items are bottom of the line - low seat toilets, very noisy dishwasher, and uncomfortable beds. Owner appears laser focused on maximizing rental income vs providing an experience commensurate with premium pricing :(

Hello Kevin, Thank you for providing feedback on your stay, and we are sorry that your experience wasn’t similar as so many of our other guests. Our focus is on two things – 1) guest experience and 2) guest privacy. Occasionally it can be difficult to achieve both, especially if a guest does not want someone to enter the condo if they are not there. It is correct that there was a small leak from the washer machine and some white adhesive that dripped from the refrigerator drip tray (as you know, it was not coming from the filter or the ice-maker, but from the tray). These two issues come up just prior to your arrival. The washer machine leak was small and contained, and therefore wasn’t in need of immediate repair. Because of this, our management company was asked to reach out to you and do whatever you preferred. If you wanted someone in the unit to fix it, we would do that. If you didn’t mind the small leak, and wanted your privacy, then we would fix it once you checked out. We did install a new washer machine after your check out. For the refrigerator, maintenance did attempt to seal up the drip tray with a white adhesive prior to your arrival, which we learned was not the correct approach. From my understanding though, they contacted you to come out and clean it, but was told that it was not necessary. Regarding your other concerns, we do have standard, normal height toilets, and a standard Frigidaire dishwasher. The mattresses might be personal preference, as they are all firm and in good condition. We will certainly investigate the TV and fan situation, thank you for bringing those to our attention, as we have not experienced either of these issues. In additional to the above, our management company and personal contact information are on the first page of the welcome book in the unit. If you had reached out to us during your stay, we would have been happy to work with you.

The property is nice and in a great location. There needs to be a luggage cart or two in the elevator lobby. Luckily the property was not full of tenants, this helped with parking, because parking is at a minimum and that is not communicated in the listing. We had three couples that had to drive seperately and we rented a golf cart for the week. Had the units been full, we would have had to take two cars to a city parking deck several blocks away.

Really enjoyed the property. First time in Clearwater Beach… a little surprised how dense/populated the area was, but once inside the condo, couldn’t tell how busy it was surrounding the facility. The condo was outstanding, well maintained with a great deck!

The pictures on the site don’t do justice to what we saw, the view and stay were amazing. We were not in the condominium that long mostly only at night when we enjoyed the views off the terrace. The only slight issues we had was that a mattress was sinking a little and the living room couch needs updating. To nitpick we saw dust bunnies in high places, but you get that in a lot of places nowadays. But I do recommend the stay.

There was a few things that could be fixed, such as the TP holder was missing, almost every outlet and light switch cover was cracked, there was a light bulb that was broke and left screwed in, and I’m very OCD so I did extra clean so it would meet my standards of being clean, make sure the door is locks ( we had to press some # to make the door lock when we left) not a big deal. The condo it self was really nice, it was fun seeing the dolphins swimming by. Nice location to all the restaurants, activities, and beach. So our overall experience was wonderful and we would go back.
