This stunningly renovated second-floor unit boasts breathtaking ocean views and a remarkable patio.

The kitchen is a chef's paradise, and the living area is cozy and inviting with sliders leading to the oceanfront patio and a generously sized side patio.

Downstairs, there is a convenient half bathroom.

Upstairs, you will find a large primary bedroom with a private bathroom, a guest room with two full beds, and a guest bathroom.

The living room also features a sleeper sofa.

This unit offers access to the swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, and barbecues and enjoys spectacular ocean views.

Please note that there are approximately 10 steps from the parking lot to the elevator.

The association provides parking for one vehicle only, no boats are trailers permitted.

One dog is allowed if your stay is over 7 days. Pet fee is $100 plus tax per pet, max 2.

Nice property

Great location just outside the busy part of the restaurants. Comfortable, great view , close to beach , fabulous pool. Wish there had been laundry facility but all good.

Quiet and Relaxing

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Although the outside of the property appeared dated, the inside of the unit was clean and nice. The view of the beach was good and the neighbors were quiet. We could not have asked more for our stay, and it was a good value.

Nice clean condo

We only stayed 2 days of our week vacation. Hurricane was headed our way and cut our trip short. Lots of rules for the condo and notes everywhere. We were not aware of it all until after we booked. I doubt we would stay here again.

We liked the property but they don't tell you the mosquitos are terrible because of the swamp-like land behind the property. Be sure to bring your own paper towels and trash bags.

Family beach vacation

Enjoyed the view of the nice pool and ocean. The unit was clean. The beds comfortable. The kitchen was open which was very well equipped. Communication was good with the property manager. We had no problems but the property manager checked in with us just to make sure everything was ok. Unit is located in a quiet area. I would stay here again.

Great Pet Friendly Oceanfront Stay!

My husband and I stayed with our two 1 year old dogs and had an amazing time! We accidently went to the South Tower instead of the North Tower and Melanie came to the property to ensure that we would be able to be taken care of and escorted us to the right location. The condo was very clean, great views of the pool and ocean, easy access to the grill and the just a quick walk down to the beach. The corner unit patio is ENORMOUS and had a lot of space for our dogs to play in the morning and to eat outside in the evening. The location to downtown Flagler is super close and this condo is in a nice calm part of town which we enjoyed. I would HIGHLY recommend staying for an extended amount of time :)

Flager trip

The property was great as described location was good great restaurants close by we will be back. The only issue to open the door the directions state (simply press **** to open the door) not exactly there is a lockbox on the bottom knob you need to clear the code punch in **** pull lever at the top of the box down and out remove key use the key to unlock the bottom door knob then use the same **** code on the top keyless lock to open the door after 2 phone calls and sending a picture of the lock was this rectified we tried to enter at 3:45 check in is at 4:00 I thought at first that was the issue not exactly

Great unit but carpet replacement is long overdue

I would love to return to this condo again but we won't until the carpet on the stairs and upstairs is replaced with new carpet or flooring. Although the description says the unit had been updated, the carpet was worn out and nasty and should have been replaced years ago. You can't tell how old it is from the photos. I think it had been cleaned before our arrival because it had that dank, moldy smell of a way-too-old carpet that was too far gone to be cleaned, and all that did was stir up the smell of all of the grunge that had accumulated over the years. We made sure we didn't walk on it with our bare feet. I also opened the upstairs windows to try to air it out but the smell never went away completely. I didn't say anything to the host because I was there to enjoy our vacation and there was no point in raising the issue. There were a couple of minor things that I wouldn't otherwise mention, empty Kleenex box in the master bath, 2 tissues in the hall bath and no spare rolls of toilet paper which ran out. We picked up those items at the store and left them there. Again, not worth the trouble to contact management, we were there to enjoy ourselves. Otherwise, the host was very nice, the location of the unit is great, the downstairs area was very nice and we really enjoyed the patio. If it wasn't for the carpet I would have given it a 5-star review. I hope it gets replaced this year, if so we would love to come back.

Aspen’s first birthday!

Family members flew into Orlando for a 3 night stay for an infant’s first birthday. VRBO allowed us to stay in one place, entertain a small group, make meals. The accommodations fit the bill perfectly.

We had a great time at Flagler Beach. Our Vrbo was clean and a great view of the beach. The pool was not finished, but they reimbursed us so that was great! The beach was clean and fun to be so close. Thanks!

Beautiful place

Condo is very nice, well decorated and views of sunset and sunrise were amazing. In addition to the balcony there is a surprise outdoor area which was very pleasant. Everything you may need to cook is available in the kitchen, if you’re into cooking. The location is great! The beds were super comfortable! I would definitely book again and would recommend to friends and family. There are lots of rules and notes all over the place, but I understand that some people may need all that, it’s a little anxiety provoking, but just a little. I hope I got it right! The tvs are iffy, slow and tricky but I wasn’t there to watch tv, so it was ok with me.

Amazing location

Condo is in an amazing location. View from balcony is priceless. Beds are super comfortable. The patio is large and is perfect for dining or just relaxing. Condo has many more amenities than listed. The only suggestion I would give to the owners is to place a TV in the secondary bedroom. We will definitely return to this unit!

Relaxing by the beach

We had a baby with us, 7months, and it was a nice clean consi - clean enough that we could have him crawl in the living room and get some energy out. It has no tub, but the bathrooms with large tiled showers are nice and it wasn’t a big problem. There are some beach towels and plenty of blankets. There was one working beach chair and two broken rusted ones. We didn’t have a pak n play so we bought one and left it at my grandparents who we came down to see. It was just a little more expensive then checking it on the flight. The Flagler area is very cute and not to busy, but fun enough for the teenagers to think it was pretty cool. The food at the local restaurants is also very good with interesting atmospheres. The ocean/beach is very beautiful and you can see it from the balcony of the condo The patio was nice and spacious, but no view there. It was too hot anyways to hang out on it. We used the smaller one more that is overlooking the pool and the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with items you would need to cook and we just had Publix deliver our groceries so they were there when we got there. The beds are comfy and there’s plenty of smart TVs around the place. I would recommended some updated beach equipment and possibly a pak n play. This is only cause when you’re flying in you just can’t bring all the stuff needed to enjoy the beach.
