Window A/C units in first floor living room area, master bedroom and upstairs bedrooms. Enjoy family time on the large outside deck . Perfect for bird watching ,stargazing, while relaxing on comfortable lounge furniture . Other amenities include outdoor shower, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, WiFi , cable , & 2 Smart TV’s . Beautiful manicured yard abutting over 5,000 acres of state forest. Perfect location for nature walks, & hiking . Located on private quiet paved street . Short drive to the Island’s beautiful beaches , shops , & restaurants.Great central , location for your getaway vacation. Non- Smoking home, & Pets are Not Permitted. Weekly rentals Saturday-Saturday during July & August. Shorter stays June & September per request.

Great family home for family vacation

Ed was super communicative and attentive. The listing said the house was fully stocked. I packed way too much because I didn’t believe it but it was EXTREMELY WELL STOCKED! Leave your toilet paper and paper towels at home. Wonderful home

Great trip

We had a wonderful week. The house was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood—it was quiet and private, yet just a short drive to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and Vineyard Haven. We liked being so close to the bike path, too. The AC units were nice when the house got too warm, but in the evenings things cooled nicely with the sliding door open. Morning coffee on the back deck was lovely!

Wonderful Vineyard Vacation Home

This home was perfect in every way! Close to beaches, restaurants, Sharks baseball summer league games, and the state forest with walking/biking paths. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities anyone could want. We will be back!!!

First time visit.

Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Short drive to main attractions. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable sleeping for all ages. Washer and dryer very convenient. Individual AC units loud. Suggest central or mini splits. Would recommend property.

Comfortable house with superb deck & outdoor seating

An inland property on walking trail along power line in state forest, about halfway along Edgartown/Vineyard Haven Rd. c. .7 mile past Felix Neck Audubon preserve. Well-stocked kitchen, good cookware. Delightful outdoor deck with comfy furniture; hammock betw. 2 trees; picnic table under pines. We used noTV/audio options, but they were ample. Only negative is no towels or sheets provided.
