This is a 2100 Sq foot home. We rent Saturday to Saturday. As an Island we book ferry tickets in January for the 10 summer weeks each year. We can transfer these Saturday to Saturday ferry tickets to you and pass the ferry price to you.
Our home is a two store expanded Contemporary home with real hard wood floors and tile in the downstairs bedrooms. Downstairs is a bathroom as well as a Great Room that has a central floor to ceiling Fireplace, and all wood floors and tile in the 2 bedrooms downstairs. One bedroom is a queen Sleigh bed. Great for Grandma and Granddad. The other bedroom has two Full size beds maybe for the kids.
On the second floor is the second full bathroom. Also there are two master bedrooms one with a King bed and one with a Queen size bed. Both are skylighted. The full bath and spacious loft with its own skylight. is between the master bedrooms. On those summer nights you can feel and smell the scent of the ocean breezes.
We do not supply linens - sheets and towels. You can rent linens about $500+,-. Most people bring their own linens - sheets and towels. If you have questions please ask Sam.
The Great room's kitchen is fully stocked and the Living room has 2 couches and a TV at one end and a floor to ceiling Firer place on the other. No firers in the summer.
This airy spacious home with 4 bedrooms is great for two families. One up one down and it gives u privacy.
